The size aside, it works great and we have had no issues with it.

It was delivered August 13, 2020 to my future retirement home in Oregon. I had purchased the whole suite of Samsung appliances at the same time. I have literally only used this appliance once or twice. The turntable does not turn and overheated and shut down. I put the manual in the microwave to troubleshoot and it literally almost caught the manual on fire without even turning the microwave on. I called Best Buy and was told the warranty had expired and since I didn’t purchase the extended I had to contact Samsung. Samsung was hard to deal with also and said the warranty had expired since the manufacture date of the appliance was in 2019. After going through two CSAs at Samsung the service company came out and didn’t have the correct part(s). He had to contact Samsung to troubleshoot the problem. Had to order more parts. Then had to reschedule another appointment to install the parts. A main board and cooling fan. The technician arrived and needed assistance to remove and replace the appliance. I am disappointed with Best Buy for not standing by the sale! I am disappointed at Samsung for not standing by their product! And the repair service for not having the personnel available to remove and reinstall the microwave. And now I basically purchased a refurbished microwave for the full price from Best Buy and who knows how long it will last!

The buttons are hard to push and I find myself having to push the same button several times sometimes to get it to go. Also, the 30 second button doesnt auto start the microwave which is a convenient feature. There's also no auto start on the 1-6 buttons. for 6 minutes you have to push 6 0 0 Start. Just another really nice feature I used alot in other microwaves.
