A storm that was 2 days before my installation. Oh yeah they don’t install Mondays? So then you lied due to weather? Now I have to pick it up and install it myself. No one really cared

Stay away

Not working after a month!

When a microwave isn't starting or heating, the most common reason is that it is in Demo mode.
You can check the steps to turn off demo mode on the model's user manual link on page 12. You can also check the troubleshooting guide if the oven does not heat on page 34.

Troublesome Microwave

Don't get this microwave

I didn't buy the service plan and Samsung told me that I was SOL. I only bought a second one because I knew it would fit in my cabinets and match my other appliances....this one showed up dented.

touch panel does not work consistently

We've had the issue since the microwave was brand new. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to press buttons that don't register the input for no reason. You have to try different fingers (my hands are clean) and press in random places to finally get panel to register the touches. Samsung support does not help.

Touch panel went out. Poor service from Samsung.

But the touch buttons went out about 14 months after purchase. Of course the warranty from Samsung is only 12 months. Samsung told me this is abvery unusual issue to have happen. So now im stuck with a 500 dollar mocrowave that i cant afford to fix or replace. Buyer beware.

Worst micowave on market

Finish peels and no support

There is no way to repair or cover it. So you are stuck paying a lot of money for new appliances that end up looking horrible within 1-2 years.

Junk and Samsung is impossible to contact

Loud buzzing and not heating. Its i possible to get a hold of Samsung. Waiting 4 days for a call. Warranty expired this October. We purchased all our kitchen appliances together from Bestbuy and thought we were getting a brand we could trust. Very disappointed with Samsung. We spent over $3000 on everything. I feel helpless.

May have reliability issues

Went completely dead in less than a month.

It couldn’t heat food anymore and before I could call for help, it went completely dead. Dead like the power would not even come on. Would not recommend it to anyone. It sucks, especially since I had to wait a whole 3 weeks to get it delivered before they had only few people that installs it.
