    Stay away. Purchased on 3/7/24. Stopped working on 4/27/24. Beyond Best Buy's 15 day return period so they won't touch it. And Samsung can't get out here to look at it for 2+weeks. Never again...never.

    Our Samsung microwave is set up to vent inside using the recirculating mode. There is little to no suction. Smoke or steam is not being sucked up and when smokey the entire house fills up with smoke. Per samsung technicain they arent designed to do it and nothing is defective....frustrated

    Ours powered off in just 15 days. No misuse maybe 5-10 mon use averaged in the 14 days it lasted. Best Buy support has been stellar and have put in a replacement request.

    Did not last a year

    Not even a year later and it no longer works. Keep getting a error code. Did all the things necessary to get it working again and still doesn’t work. Wish I never bought it. Warranty but getting the run around about getting it fixed/ replaced. Literally three days away from the 1 year mark.

    First one was dead on arrival, second one was busted in the box, and third one was back ordered for a month. So far... it's been working fine but I have 0 faith in it lasting too much longer.

    wrong product condition on the Open Box

    This order says the product with Excellent condition, but when I opened up , Ohh its not even good condition. When I called Best buy , they offer 10% discount on poor condition products which they said Excellent condition. Be aware all my customer friends.

    My Machine is Possessed!

    Worked fine for a few months. Now experiencing issues with the motherboard. Unit beeps randomly throughout the day. :Lately, the vent fan has spontaneously turned on by itself. That is a bit scary at 3:00 a.m. After researching, this seems to be a known issue. Avoid!

    Our last over the range didn't have 10% of the power this does. Keeps cooking smell and smoke down by a lot.

    This item has needed 2 times in less than a year. I am extremely disappointed. I have to pay 49.99 to get a repair when the item is basically new and I have a best buy service plan.

    Spent almost 5k on all new kitchen appliances. Last night this microwave decided to stop heating. Unplugged it, plugged it back in and absolutely no power not even the clock. (Outlet works) This is not even 2 years old. Sad to spend so much on new appliances and the don’t last.

    I been have noting but trouble since this microwave was installed. Not sure if it’s the microwave itself or the installation but every time you warm up multiple plates the microwave just cut off.

    Crooked door label

    I cannot say more about how it works because from the very moment I have it installed I noticed some unpleasant view for me. The label Samsung on the door is crooked, it is not perfectly straight. Goes a bit under the angle, maybe for somebody else is nothing but it bothers me anytime I look at it. I do not know what to do, unit is working and OK but this label...

    Randomly decides not to work

    The microwave randomly won’t work. It will always be on, allows you to press one type of button like adding time but won’t register hitting the start button at all. And then the next time you go to try to put something in it works exactly like it’s suppose to. I’m very disappointed in this purchase.

    Beware when they show a Like New item online

    The item was not in Like New condition Microwave was used and missing the components for the spinning plate. Also it was missing all the screws/hardware to mount it. I couldn't even contact the store via phone (was told by support Skokie store would call me they never did)

    its so beautiful and powerful. It looks so great in my kitchen. I like the fact that it's fingerprints proof. My kids are touching it all the time and you don't see any marks on it.

    I am so disappointed in this microwave. After about 3 weeks of use, it stopped heating. We've done all the troubleshooting, contacted Samsung and were told there would be follow-up in 1-2 days. We have now been waiting almost 3 weeks with repeated attempts at contact. It looks nice but that doesn't matter if it doesn't work and you can't get service on a brand-new product.
