    Perfect to round out your Samsung appliance package. While the quick cook settings and the blue light are awesome features, the fingerprint resistance is probably my favorite!

    Less than 2 years old and it's not working

    Bought April 2018. It now has an error code C-10 which is the gas sensor. To get it fixed the cost is $390 from the Samsung approved service company. I guess my bad for not buying extended warranty, but my last Sears lasted over 15 years with no issues. Now I'm thinking I may just buy a new cheap one.

    Terrible Service

    Terrible experience with delivery and installation scheduling. Took off from work and waited for entire days but no show and no call. This happened 3 times and wasted me 3 days. I had to hire another company to finish the installation.

    Had this microwave for only for 1 yr and 4 months and it just broke down yesterday in the middle of defrosting some veggies. Unable to clear SE error even though we unplugged it and left it off all night. Waste of money. Now I’m worried about my other Samsung appliance longevity.

    This product did not but one year. It stop working right after the year warranty ended. Very disappointed

    Poorly made microwave by Samsung!!!!!

    Two Over-the-Range microwaves were delivered on two separate occasions and both microwaves were damaged. (the handles were broken on both). I have had to purchase a small counter top microwave until the THIRD Over-the-Range Microwave is delivered. This is NOT GOOD!!!!!

    Would not purchase

    We purchased and installed this microwave in August of 2020, in August of 2021, we got an SE error code. Found out its not under warranty and the diagnostic fee for repairs would be $250. We used to be adamant Samsung customers, but spending close to $450 on a microwave that last less than a year is unnacceptable.

    This microwave has so many features and controls someone needs a PHD from Harvard or an Ivy League school. If you want a simple microwave steer clear from this one. It’s frustrating to figure out and I usually just push the same button over and over again and don’t bother with any of the other controls. Horrible!!

    Often takes multiple button presses to get it to register. Boiling water on the stove will activate button presses. Ghost button presses throughout the day and in the middle of the night. But I came home from work today only to have it running when nobody was home. This thing is a fire hazard.

    Bought it because and it came defected from factory. Best Buy didn’t have any left. Just let me out without a microwave after I bought all my appliances from them.

    Installed on 8/11 error codes in early January. Geek squad has been out 3 times replacing parts and it still does not work. Refusing to replace! Do not buy and definitely not from Best Buy!

    Poor Choice on my part

    Installed micro wave above my range. After the third time using the microwave started making a noise, then started smoking and shut its self off.Never went back on. Now I have to deal of trying to get this fixed, since Best buy does not repair.

    We have had this Samsung for a little over a year. The touch control is horrible. After a year the microwave has decided to not heat anymore. Everything still turns on as if it’s working, but does not heat. Do not waste your money! Samsung has turned into absolute garbage.
