    Horrible Product

    Only had microwave for 1 year and it has broken down twice giving and SE error. Warranty covered the first breakdown, now it has broken down again 30 days after the warranty expired and they are trying to charge me almost the cost of a new microwave to come out and fix it.

    Quit working after a week

    Waiting for my replacement. Displayed error code SE after one week and would not work anymore. The 1-888 number for best buy was horrible to work with so I called the store directly. Just waiting for the replacement to be delivered now. Bought on August 7th. It is now August 28th....due to be here September 3rd.

    We’ve had two of these installed in less than 30 days, the door hinge warps the plastic edge of the door and makes a terrible Sound when opening.

    Service has been ridiculous. I received my microwave in November, still waiting on installation. Best Buy has canceled and/or rescheduled 5-6 times.

    Melted after use

    The bottom of this started to melt when I boiled a pot of water. Not sure how an above range Microwave can be made with a material that melts? I had it installed by Best Buy so one would hope they did it correctly according to the distance required from the stovetop.

    Another case where best buy delivered a completely damaged material - broken from inside. Something wrong is going on with Best Buy. Totally disappointed

    Item has huge dent. I was really disappointed. Got it installed anyway because I didn’t have time to go to the store for return and didn’t want to pay for extra labor.

    Purchased open box "like new" but the microwave was busted and didn't work even after paying for a repairmen. Best buy maybe you should check your products before reselling them

    Using the option function to suit is a struggle.Doesnt work at all not until you break all you fingers pressing.You have to figure it out which botton is next to press to get into the setting you want.So unless you have a samsung representative next to you,,buy this product.

    I’ve had it for 14 months and used it for about 11 months. The main board had to be replaced luckily I called on the last day of my warranty. Sadly, I recommended this microwave to my parents and they had to call for theirs to be repaired as well.

    They are pretty strict on returns but this so call excellent open box was terrible No mounting bracket, no template and no glass dish.

    Bought this as an open box return which had clearly not ever been installed. I wish I had done more research. This model is apparently known for shutting off and not heating properly. I really miss my 15 yr old microwave now :-(

    I just installed this brand new Samsung Microwave yesterday. It has a short in the circuit board and or something is malfunctioning in the electronics. NOT GOOD. I had another Samsung for 15 years and never had a problem. I do not recommend this product.
