    The refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher are great. No issues with the items. The issue we had is the delivery and installation is not really installation. It is mostly delivery. The install is a joke. They claimed they didn’t know how to install it.

    I love Samsung appliances, have a house full. But bought this loaded micro and the unit died when the Geek Squad tested it. It's been a month and still no replacement. Hopefully soon. I may add the installation was performed poorly, not level. My first problem with Best Buy. I may give them another chance.

    Broke down on day 12

    We bought this microwave and had it installed. For 12 days it worked great. THEN, on day 12, it totally lost power and never turned on again. We are now waiting 2 weeks just to have someone look at it.

    We bough all samsung. The microwave circuit board went just after a year. The bar on the dishwasher broke off....yes just after a year and always smells awful. The fridge ice maker freezes up constantly

    The structure of the unit is so poor that it comes damaged by own weight on the right side on shipping! The touch display is not lit so you have to turn lights on in the kitchen just to see the Black on Black writing. Worst and my last investment in Samsung products.

    The main cooling fan didn’t work causing the microwave to overheat. Flimsy metal on the outside. Looked like it was dropped from a roof but the box was in perfect shape. Thank goodness it didn’t start a fire.

    Had this microwave for 1.5 years and then had an SE code. Had control panel replaced and 1 month later another SE code. I will never purchase a Samsung product again.
