    It catches on fire. I had it for 2 years and out of no where it caught on fire. This happens often from what I read. Please be safe out there

    No fix. Service request provide temp bandaids in the form of replacement parts i.e. door, grounded computer board. But it happens again and again. Design flaw.

    Broke after about a year. It thinks its working but it doesnt heay anything at all. Samsung should stick to making tvs cause there appliances are embarrassingly bad.

    Lasted only two years, now I get a -SE- error code and the microwave will not do anything. Samsung appliances are pure garbage.

    Owned since October 2019 and it already stopped working. Everything runs/operates, but will not heat. very disappointed.

    Don’t buy Samsung! After only 3 months, the microwave would not heat food. I was forced to work through the Samsung repair site for warranty work, and they made it very difficult.
