    Purchased 10.12.2022. Only used for heating mugs of water and coffee. The interior door melted inexplicably 10.26.2022 and Best Buy won't return it!! Samsung wants to send door replacement and touch-up paint!! I'm going to be cooking with paint residue waving into my edibles & potables‽ This was less than a month old. I didn't buy something to accept after-parts & paint! You Suck Best Buy! The Tech. on the phone didn't believe me & said I must have been cooking oil in there!! I don't have any oils in the house. You Suck Samsung! Merry Christmas

    We bought the microwave on Black Friday and it still hasn't been delivered or installed, and won't be until Jan. 18. Great service.
