Microwave is amazing and looks really great, unfortunately it did come with a couple bumps upon arrival and we only noticed after installing.

This is an upgrade to an older Samsung model i had which was the same dimensions. To start, they change the mounting hole locations as well as removed the centering hole. This was a poor decision, everytime younhave to drill holes in a cabinet it weakens it. Also it requires so much more work to install. That alone makes me feel i will never purchase a Samsung microwave again. They need to be standard like tv mounts. The enclosure feels so cheap, the metal is held on by small bent tabs over cheap plastic. The mount holes are not even attached to the frame so it feels that at any moment it can fall down. This also causes the top to separate from the body. I never had this issue with any of my past microwaves from Samsung. For the price of this one I expected at least half decent quality.

Works great. It was a great purchase. I would recommend Samsung - 2.1 Cu. Ft Over the Range Microwave with sensor cook. It is a beautiful face and it also works very well.

Very clean look along with the other Samsung Bespoke appliances. Does not connect to SmartThings app, also after owning it less than a few years, the clock face started going out.

Its worked great for almost over 5 years and now I have issue of food not heating up and I have geeks squad trying to get repeir through them and they can't find the part feel so bad to let it go the product in such a good condition besides heating issue I wish they could fix it by replacing the part

Good microhood! When using popcorn to pop it doesn't sense the weight, sometimes annoying. Over range light needs to be brighter.
