Being 5'2" I have to stand on my tiptoes to see above the wide, dark black border into the glass window, which is also hard to see through. Other than that, and the biggest reason we purchased it was for it's sleek design without a handle. The microwave works well, except for the clock which since Day 1 loses time and we have to keep resetting it every couple of weeks. The features are not the best, and we greatly miss that it has no timed defrost (only auto defrost), and has no express buttons.

We've had this microwave for a little over a year. Right away I noticed quite a bit of steam escaping from the door. Didn't think too much of it but don't remember having that issue with my previous microwave. Yesterday, the microwave will beep randomly and when I look over there are 7 seconds on the timer and it keeps asking us to press start or OK. We click OK to clear the timer and within an hour, it's beeping again. Unfortunately we are now out of warranty on this microwave and it sounds like the fix may be a replacement door with a new ground wire. This microwave was part of several Samsung appliances we purchased when upgrading. Every appliance purchased, except for our range, has had issues right as the warranty expires. I don't plan on ever purchasing another Samsung appliance.

The microwave looks AMAZING. Too bad mine showed up with a perfect box, and one side smashed in about 1in. :( I am not sure what caused the damage, but the box was in perfect condition and the paint wasn't even chipped or scratched on the unit. Taking into consideration all the negative reviews for home delivery, I decided to have it shipped to my local store. Surprisingly, it showed up a day early, so I went to the store to get it. Seeing the perfect box, I was immediately VERY happy. When I got it home and we got it unboxed, we all felt our elation at the new microwave completely dissipate and be replaced with tears from my youngest. I know most will call that melodramatic, but I have 4 children and spent the previous week without a microwave to reheat food or milk for the bottle-baby goats. The thought of waiting another week to be able to have this solved for the house, really did cause tears from my daughter. In the end, I went with a different product because I wondered why I thought another try would come out better...given that this should have been pristine. To put into perspective, even the manager came over for the approval and asked me multiple times how it happened, since the box literally had no damage to indicate the amount of damage to the unit. Hopefully, Samsung can find out how this happened (since it looks to be fairly common with this unit) and get it fixed. It is truly a SHAME to post a negative review on this caliber of appliance.

This unit fried the main board about a month after the expiration of the manufacture's warranty costing me $250.00 to fix. I experienced the same exact problem with a Samsung Dryer I bough also at Best buy, the dryer fired the main board a week after the expiration of Samsung Manufactures' warranty. I have to admit that Samsung have a very nice design on their products, "BUT" they don't last like some American's brands like GE. I had a set of GE in my kitchen that last over 15 years without giving me any problems, I renew my kitchen and bought everything Samsung (Washer, Dryer, range, Microwave, Dishwasher) and have experienced problems with almost all of them with the only exception of the washer machine.

This is great buy. The interior finish is a baked on enamal like in an oven. Good looking and works great has a lot of presets as well.

This item has been picked but the status on the Best Buy remains unchanged the delivery was awesome

I am giving this an average review because when I got home after it had been installed it saw that it had 2 dents in it. They are not huge, but I did not get this on sale so I paid a sum of money. I am not sure if the Microwave came with the dents or if they happened with installation, so I will give a remark on that review as well.

Have been able to use this microwave that much as of yet but has done a fine job the few times I have. Very attractive piece to my new kitchen

I just had this over the range microwave oven installed by the crew from Best Buy in Conroe. They did an amazing job in installation (very professional, quick, and efficient)! I'm very satisfied with this microwave, but more importantly I'm really satisfied with the installation. Two thumbs up!

If I could get it a "zero" rating, I would do it. I bought this microwave to match the Bespoke appliance suite in my new home. I have the dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and the microwave. On December 24, 2023, the microwave would turn on when the door was closed without hitting the "start" button. While the keypad works, hitting the "stop/clear" button would not stop the microwave to use it. It was unplugged and plugged in again to see if it would fix the issue. NOPE. Since it is under warranty, I contacted the Samsung warranty department to schedule a repair service. Samsung sends an email with the time slot scheduled for the repair service between 8am to 12pm. I receive a call ON THE DAY OF THE SERVICE from their contracted service, and the technician said he is arriving between 2pm and 4pm. I took the morning off from work to stay home to get the microwave fixed by them!!! I told the technical I was not available between 2pm to 4pm because I have to work and asked why Samsung sent me an email THE DAY BEFORE to confirm the appointment for 8am to 12pm. Long story, short story...I asked to reschedule the appointment for another day. I received the email from Samsung for the 8am to 12pm time slot and attempted to contact the service company. After trying FIVE TIMES, I was able to get through the service company. The customer service person told me on the phone I would have to wait until the technician contacted me on the next day to let me know when the person would arrive at my home. When I said Samsung sent an email stating it would be between 8am to 12pm, I got told they do not follow what the email says from Samsung. I GOT ANGRY AND LIVID. I told them to cancel the service, and I would email/text/contact Samsung about this issue. Samsung was contacted via chat and complaint through BBB. After repeated attempts to ask for a new microwave to replace the broken one, the customer service person on the chat stated Samsung would replace or refund the money to me. However, via email, their Extra Care team person said Samsung will attempt to repair it before giving me a new microwave and to schedule the warranty service. Finally, after I took screenshots of the chat and sent it to the person, this person from Samsung told me they will cease communication with me because the only option is to repair the microwave, and I have to agree to have it repaired by them. Now, I am out $429 for a broken microwave, and it has been almost a month. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG. They have lost me as a long time customer
