Spacious, good morning, very functional and great brand.

We bought the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator mainly because it has a giant screen on the front — which, let’s be honest, we immediately turned into a Bluey and Spidey theater for our grandson. The speaker on the fridge itself sounds like it’s trying its best, but thankfully you can hook up a Bluetooth speaker and suddenly it’s like Disney+ Live in our kitchen. We’ve had it for a month, and so far we’re loving it. My wife likes to pull up YouTube cooking videos on the fridge… even though she still doesn’t actually cook. So the refrigerator is learning a lot, even if we’re not eating any better yet. Five stars for now — crossing our fingers it lasts longer than our last Samsung “for trade” (or as we called it, “for trouble”). So far, so good!

I particularly enjoy using it as a slideshow for parties, adding a personalized touch to events at my house. The color customization is a fun touch that allows me to change the fridge's look whenever I want to freshen up the space. The AI Vision Inside is incredibly helpful—it automatically tracks what’s in the fridge, so I can check my inventory from the grocery store with ease. The Beverage Center is another fantastic feature, especially the AutoFill Water Pitcher, which I love using for infused water. Plus, the Auto Open Door is a lifesaver when my hands are full, and it's great that Bixby can assist in opening the doors too. Overall, this refrigerator blends convenience, style, and technology seamlessly, making it a perfect fit for my kitchen."

This is the 2nd Samsung AI hub fridge i have bought in 3 years. I bought one for another house, so i knew what to expect with this one. I bought a counter depth this time. The technology is even better than the previous one i had. The only thing that is different is the water pictures are smaller than the previous models. I love the automatic door open feature as well as the camera system. I am able to keep an eye on my entire house while standing in front of my fridge. I have access to every camera i have hooked up. I can't go on enough about how great the technology is on this fridge.

I’ve had the refrigerator for a month now I love it had to update program in once and that called for me to unplug the refrigerator which if I was alone, I would have to pull out the refrigerator to unplug it and then plug it back in. There should be something on the screen to restart it. That’s the only downfall but it’s my new toy. I love technology.

excellent refrigerator, it really is the best on the market, apart from preserving food, it is incredible how it looks in the kitchen, with a beautiful smart screen it can monitor all the smart equipment in your home, very easy to configure, I recommend 100%

We love it! I do recommend washing the water pitcher often! Even if it’s no fruit in it…mold grows!

We absolutely over the white glass of this fridge. It fits right in with our design aesthetic. The integration of Alexa and all the features are great. It’s definitely a show stopping and major conversation piece.

New fridge came with a small dent on front panel. Otherwise great fridge !

This fridge has been one of the best upgrades to our kitchen. The storage space is huge and laid out really well, so everything is easy to organize and reach. The cooling is strong and consistent, and the freezer has plenty of room without feeling cramped. The smart screen on the front is way more useful than I expected. Being able to play music, check recipes, see what’s inside without opening the door, and leave notes for the kids is actually super handy. The whole fridge runs quietly and looks great in the kitchen. Overall, it’s the perfect mix of modern tech and solid performance. Definitely worth it.

Spacious fridge engineered very well and maximized every bit of space. Love the counter depth feature and the hub was icing on the cake. Able to connect the fridge to all my smart devices including my ring doorbell so whenever someone rings the bell the video automatically appears on the screen. The beverage center is the coolest out of all the brands and i really like the two trays with the two different sized ice cubes. If your hands are full, there are sensors on the fridge that you would just need to tap and the doors will automatically open for you. This fridge goes above and beyond what you will expect out of it.

Great refrigerator, bells and whistles for days. Have really enjoyed the size and functionality.

Cool fridge. My second one. The 2 ice cube options are great. Water station is convenient. I would suggest updating the height measurements though. There’s a cover on top behind the hinges that won’t allow you to push you fridge in counter depth. I’ll have to modify my top cabinet to make it fit correctly.

To start with, we love the big screen which is much bigger than the previous Family Hub which was abundantly used by kids. There are more features with this product to reduce the smudges like door opening with button click etc.

Aesthetically beautiful equipment as well as very functional in all aspects. Open only the desired door; it allows for energy efficiency and convenience. The tablet-like display is an additional plus. Very happy with the equipment

Love how it looks and the idea is great but sometimes the screen can be a bit buggy. The camera quality is the only thing I would say is bad about the fridge. VERY hard to see what items are sometimes because of how low resolution the camera is that takes the pictures of the items as they come in and out. If you’re not absolutely dying to have the ai and big screen on your fridge I would say go with the one without the screen. Great idea just a bit ahead of its time I think.
