I love LOVE the beverage center! I always know when to restock our drinks, which is the main reason I got it. The flex section on the bottom right is a gamechanger too. We have an extra fridge we use to freeze things so it was handy to be able to convert this one into additional fridge space. Overall very happy with this purchase.

We are absolutely in love with our fridge. It catches everyone’s attention when they walk in. We love how the doors open via sensor and how you can open just the beverage part. It also has a sensor that lights up the beverage section when you walk by.

This is truly my dream fridge! The Beverage Bar lights up every time I walk by, and it just makes me smile. The automatic door sensor is such a thoughtful feature — when I’m holding something big like a watermelon, I don’t have to struggle to open the door with one hand. I also love the four-door design much more than traditional drawer-style freezers. It keeps everything super organized, and nothing rolls around or gets lost. Overall, I’m absolutely in love with this refrigerator!

Too small the ice would drop Even if you had the drawer pulled out to get ice which caused ice too fall to the lower shelf's. When it was unbox at delivery glass door was shattered. Return for larger LG

I love this Samsung fridge. This modern appliance complements our contemporary kitchen. We hardly use the water dispenser inside as the water pitcher is so handy. Thr pitcher refills water automatically so that you have an “endless” source of cold water. We love the sensor feature on the doors. When carrying groceries with both hands, just tap the sensor with the back of your hand & presto! The door opens. The sensor light also cones in handy especially at night. You can see the beverage as soon as you walk past it. Love, love, love.

I recently upgraded to the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator (RF23DB9700QLAA), and let me tell you, it’s like having a piece of the future right in my kitchen. Here’s why this is a perfect fit for my family. This is my favorite feature of this refrigerator. The Auto Open Door, A light touch, and the door glides open. No more wrestling with heavy fridge doors when my hands are full. This is such a cool feature and looks amazing that the door opens themselves. Another awesome feature is the UV Deodorizing Filter. The built-in deodorizing filter ensures my fridge smells as good as it looks. The UV Deodorizing filter removes all the funky food smells from your fridge. Lastly, this fridge also offers FlexZone with Beverage Center. This is a unique feature that allows you to convert the lower right door compartment between a fridge and a freezer depending on your needs. The Beverage Center is perfect for storing drinks, snacks, or frozen items you access frequently. The center also has an auto-fil pitcher and water dispenser. This is an amazing looking refrigerator with amazing features that is a perfect fit for our family.

Excellent modern refrigerator. The light up beverage panel adds a great touch in a dark room. The ice maker is nice and compact and does not utilize much space in the freezer. It fits great in a standard cabinet cutout. the flex section is great so you can maximize space as needed.

We needed a new fridge that would be counter-depth and without an outward-facing water/ice dispenser. These days, there are so many options available. This Samsung checked off all of the "must-haves" plus! The clean look, the unexpected amount of space and flexibility, along with the WiFi connectivity, and at the price point, was an easy decision. The beverage zone section has become a favorite for us. The water dispenser and chilled pitcher, with the option to infuse fruit, for flavored water, is GREAT! Having the "Flex-Zone" option has been super helpful in managing the storage of beverages and foods. The Samsung app makes managing the appliance simple and easy. I can't say enough about how happy we are with this refrigerator.

I love this fridge. We had originally bought the smaller one, with the flex drawer. Then we realized our house could accommodate a larger fridge. I debated between this one and the next level down model. I am so happy I got this one. The touch-open doors are not necessary, but I like using them to keep the finger prints at bay. Yes, this is a finger-print resistant stainless steel, but you still get finger prints. I also really like the option to have the beverage center illuminate when you approach the door. Again, not necessary, but it feels luxurious. There is plenty of space in the fridge, itself. There is also an option to use the one side of the freezer as extra fridge space. The 2 things I do not like are that the beverage center can only be accessed from the one side. In the smaller fridge, this was not the case. And, the ice makes a mess. It comes with 2 drawers and an ice scoop. But, the drawers get overfull and spill over. Overall, I'm still happy with the fridge.

Very modern, sleek look for a modern kitchen. Plenty of interior space, suitable for a big or medium size family.

Just got my new fridge and I love it and all the features that it has

I changed my fridge just because I noticed this refrigerator had a good discount. To my surprise it’s something I didn’t know I needed. It has great features like the french door style being very practical, the beverage center, the smart app connection, the UV feature to avoid bad odors and the two types of ice on the ice maker. Too soon to say but it has been working like a charm. Great temperature and consistent. Low energy consumption. Easy to maintain and to keep clean. Also I was able to put everything from my old fridge to the new one better organized and still had available space.

Really loving the fridge so far….. once we figured out how to turn off demo mode (was not cooling all the way after we got it set up). Auto door open is fantastic and the layout of the fridge and beverage center is great. And I’m really looking forward to the flex fridge/freezer space. Lots of little extras too that make it feel like a really high tech great fridge.

The refrigerator itself is outstanding—remarkably spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional. It offers excellent storage capacity and a sleek design that complements any modern kitchen. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was disappointing. The unit arrived with visible scratches and a noticeable dent on the door, which significantly detracted from the overall satisfaction of the purchase. While the product quality is commendable, the delivery process requires serious improvement to ensure customers receive items in pristine condition.

Beautiful fridge. My favorite perk is that the door opens for you when you have your hands full. Much like a cars trunk/harch.

My Bespoke 4 door flex arrived yesterday and I am more than satisfied with only one day of usage. The four-door option is more convenient than I originally anticipated. The beverage center is very elegant and user friendly. There is an option to convert one of the bottom doors from freezer to normal refrigerator. The touch to open is a very nice addition. No handles to pull. The finish doesn't show any finger prints on the unit. This model has the ice provided in a tray instead of my previous model that had the ice option on the exterior door that was "always" problematic. Samsung got it right this time. Excellent unit.

So far so good! It cools efficiently and the ability to use one of the bottom doors as either a freezer or a fridge is a nice feature. Still the best feature is the beverage center. The self filling pitcher is really useful and the ability to access drinks without opening the whole fridge is a nice feature.
