So far, so good. Had initial issues to activate the 'beverage center' but thanks to YouTube, I was able to figure that one out quickly (it's not explained in the Samsung manual). The doors a bit on the heavy side, and you want to make sure to close them properly. Haven't hooked it up to 'wifi' and the app, may do it or not. It keeps the groceries unusually 'fresher' and I like it. Not big into ice cubes, but it does give 2 variants (smaller & larger ones). Using the beverage center daily, and I like the feature of the carafe to fill up my coffee station. The outside is easy to clean and removes any finger prints and smudges. All in all - I am very happy with the refrigerator and purchase. Best Buy's delivery guys were awesome as well.

This fridge is great! Love having the separate beverage center, love the different shapes of ice, love getting the ice from the freezer, love the look of the fridge…. Obviously I could go on and on. Needless to say, I’m very happy with our purchase.

We love it! Perfect size. We love the ice-maker and ice storage bin with scoop. The middle pull out is great for storing cold drinks.

Looks great and works great. Quiet and smooth operation. Two different sizes of ice are nice!

Love this refrigerator! We remodeled our kitchen with Lowe’s, but based on our history with Best Buy, we chose to get the refrigerator through BB, as we did all our stove, washer and dryer. The reviews for this fridge aren’t very good. However, despite the reviews I just had to have it based on looks alone. Hope I won’t regret my decision.

absolutely love our new fridge! the unit looks beautiful and sleek. Most importantly, the ice machine works WAY better than their previous models. the beverage center also comes in handy when you need to serve water to multiple people at a time. we love it!

The ice makers installed in the refrigerator section have caused issues with my previous LG and Frigidaire refrigerators. This one is a game-changer. It produces an ample amount of ice, sufficient to keep my backpack cooler stocked up when needed. Additionally, it offers two distinct ice types, a pitcher autofill feature, and ample space. I am thoroughly satisfied with this purchase.

Beautoful refrigerator. Almoat do t even want to put an y of my kids stuff on the frknt. I wont! Its too beautoful we glnna have to make another spot for that haha. All the features this has are great! Compliments left and right.

smaller dimensions, but more cubic ft. space than my 2005 refrigerator - counter depth dimensions are perfect for smaller kitchens, french door and optional freezer/refrig are very functional and the beverage center is great for easy access and energy savings

We purchased this fridge "open box." It has been great so far. We really like the space inside, the water pitcher included, and the two different sizes of ice. It is taller than the specs indicate.....be sure to measure before taking it home.

I love this refrigerator. The water and ice dispensers are especially appealing to me because I drink a lot of ice cold water! Love it!

We decided to buy a counter depth to make sure it is flush with the rest of the appliances. The fact that it is Class makes it beautiful. It has enhanced our interiors. We are super happy with the product. We had a family of three safaris. The storage is perfect, even though it’s a counter depth.

I love how organized everything feels now. The amount of storage compartments is honestly impressive. It also keeps all of my veggies fresh so I've been able to prolong their use a little longer. The icemaker and beverage center is really convenient as well, very nice to use.

We got the one with the beverage center. Love how the pitcher automatically refills. The double ice is nice.Plenty of room inside the refrigerator and plenty of room in the freezer.

Great quality, super quite, I love the ice maker and fast it makes ice. Organization is super easy and cleaning is equally easy. My second favorite is the cheese drawer, it’s just the right depth. My only issue is with the fingerprints. I constantly need to clean the outside. Still makes the kitchen look modern

Love the looks of the fridge. Take less room in walkway area. Only problem is I thought it was more fingerprint resistant it is not.

We’ve had this fridge for a month and are just loving it! The beverage center is awesome, the space and storage is so great. Only one thing we aren’t crazy about which is so minimal is the ice when it drops in the tray can be loud. But we love it. You’ll love it too.

A couple weeks since installation, and the Samsung Bespoke has exceeded expectations. The design, ease of use, features, efficiency... Extremely pleased with this purchase!

We love this refrigerator! Very bright and spacious. Perfect fit for our space. Ica maker is quick and efficient. The drink center is just really convenient. Highly recommend!
