It is so quiet and sooo roomy! Love the two different kinds of ice, my choice of how I want to use the drawer and there is a place/space for everything in it. Can't say enough good things about it.

No Caring in Samsung Customer Care

Samsung repairman replaced entire component. Love the fridge as long as it works. Dealing with Samsung customer service is a nightmare. When it comes time to replace appliances again, we will not replace with this brand.

The installation was so easy and they really took care of me!! The Samsung Refrigerator is the best! Zi can reach everything and see everything!! And my ice cubes are superb!!

We are very happy with the features. We use the auto-fill pitcher a lot and it is a really nice add-on. We really like the counter-depth size...we have a small kitchen and our old fridge stuck out probably an additional 5" so this is a great space saver for us.

Moving the ice to the freezer and offering craft ice is awesome. Just got our free panels offer too so can switch white glass or stainless to change it up.

My only complaint is the lack of options on the ice maker. It would be nice if it could make 2 batches of regular ice instead of just regular and small. The small cubes don't get used as much so the regular runs out fast. Other than that, no complaints.

This not only looks great in our kitchen but we absolutely love the functionality. The beverage center is great for grabbing drinks and the dual ice maker is one of our favorite features.
