    Disappointed in back order of bespoke panels

    No knock against Best Buy. Huge disappointment in Samsung, of the four colored panels which we selected two of the panels are on back order. The delivery was to occur in April of 2024, now it is scheduled for June. They asked if we wanted the Refrigerator delivered without all the panels, heck no. Don't sell what you don't have.

    BestBuy you made this a a Black Friday deal. I came to your store and purchased and was told it was in stock. But the panels from the door would not be here until Feb 2024. You have changed my delivery 3 times and now the fridge will not be here until Feb 27th 2024. And part of the BESPOKE line is now on Clearance. Clearance and back orderED feels like I have to order a different fridge.

    Samsung is just not good. Do not spend the money on a samsung product Literally get anythibg else It cracked on its own within a month of purchase Ice comes out whenever. It just sucks

    The water pitcher part of the system doesn’t work. It does not fill the pitcher. I’ve followed the instructions but does not work

      A water pitcher is one of the most used parts of the refrigerator, MikeB. Let us help with what you're experiencing!

      There's nothing more refreshing than a glass of nice cool water, and having a pitcher full of it and ready to go is quite handy. But if your pitcher's not filling, the solution could be as simple as turning the setting on.

      The AutoFill water pitcher will stop filling if it detects a leak and will make the icon on the panel blink until the issue is resolved. In most models, this can be fixed by removing the pitcher, allowing the compartment to drain, and then drying it down.

    Panel is incomplete. Their customer service number sucks. Refrigerator came incomplete and still not complete. They keep re scheduling delivery and second drawer from refrigerator does not even cool down. Worse

    When we purchased the refrigerator we were given a delivery date of 8 May. It has been delayed twice and is scheduled to arrive 2 June. We should have been told at the start there could be delays.

    I love the refrigerator, but it looks pretty ugly in my kitchen. It has no glass panels. They are all on back order until the end of September. Not good!
