The fridge is Beautiful. Classy!!! Well built too. Very, very functional, quiet and discrete. We chose all “white” to match our cabinets. I used the quotes because it actually changes color during the day as it reflects its surroundings… pretty cool. The enclosed filtered water jug. The middle drawer is fantastic. Ice maker is great and the frozen area is BIG. … Best fridge out there and with current discounts it’s hard to beat.

Its looks and utility are great. Love the in-door water dispenser and two type ice makers. Regular and door shelves are all spaced well and provide convenient and organized storage. Temperature controlled door is a big advantage. Maintains temperatures well and is so quiet you don't know it's there. Miss having magnets on the fridge but minor inconvenience.

The Samsung Bespoke was something I didn’t know I needed. I absolutely love the beverage center, being able to have filtered water within seconds is great but also having the option to add into the diffuser is exceptional! I’ve been drinking more water now too which is a plus. Now on the 2 sizes of ice cubes, WOW! Everything about the size although I purchased counter-depth I can’t even tell because the size isn’t as much smaller as previous models have been. Im absolutely in love with my fridge! Last thing, being able to change the color options makes it seems like a different fridge whenever I want! The only thing I don’t like is the finger prints.

We absolutely love this counter-depth refrigerator—it has exceeded all our expectations. I’m absolutely in love with this Samsung Bespoke fridge. I've had it for three years now. The Morning Blue glass finish looks so upscale in my home—it really elevates the whole kitchen and feels like something you’d see in a designer space. The layout is fantastic and I’m honestly surprised by how much storage it has, especially for a counter-depth model. The freezer is deeper than I expected and holds way more than my last one. The Beverage Center is a total gamechanger. I use the in-fridge water pitcher constantly, and it’s so nice to grab a cold drink without opening the main doors for long. And having two types of ice? Fantastic. I never thought I’d care that much about ice, but now I use both options all the time. Overall, this refrigerator looks amazing and functions even better. I’m really happy with it.

Best refrigerator ever! Very sleek and delivery was perfect! Would highly recommend, the beverage center is a bonus that we can’t stop using! Very easy to clean front as there are no handles, all you have to use is a dry dish towel. There is a significant amount of room inside to fit everything!

We've had the Samsung - BESPOKE for a month now and we are very happy with it. The Best Buy delivery team was excellent as always. One of the reason I always shop at BestBuy. The delivery guys are super careful, clean and respect your home and your new purchase. We decided to get a new fridge because out 9 year old Frigidaire Gallery was icing up in the freezer. I had to defrost it every 2 weeks. There were a couple of things that really annoyed us about the Frigidaire Gallery anyway like the design of its ice maker which over flowed if you had the OEM shelf installed above it. We had to take that shelf out to make the icemaker work. So let's talk about the new Samsung. How it's great and how it improves over the Frigidaire. The Samsung - BESPOKE: We opted for the counter depth 23cu. ft 4 door French stainless steel. For us the counter depth works perfectly. You need to measure careful and make sure your space allows the unit to sit back to the counter and still open doors. Our situation was perfect for the counter depth unit. Quality: The 1st thing you will notice: These doors are heavy duty and very well made. In fact the entire unit screams quality craftsmanship and materials. Example: On the old Frigidaire, the water dispenser was just a plastic hose sticking out. The Samsung's fit and finish of the dispenser was much nicer. The back/bottom of the Frigidaire was covered by a piece of "cardboard"!! How cheap is that? The Samsung uses all metal back. Features: Icemaker moved to the bottom in a bin vs ice in door. I thought the family might not like this, but no one has any complaints about it at all. More important: It just works perfect every time. Drink Center: I did not expect to use the built-in pitcher that automatically refills, but I use that almost exclusively. If I need a little water like to take a pill, I use the internal dispenser, but otherwise the pitcher is faster and the water is very cold from the pitcher. The drink center behind a door I thought would be a little annoying but no, its fast & easy. No complaints and I like the clean look. The drink center is one the best parts. Middle Drawer: This is something we really wanted and it's working out great for us. You can use it so many different ways but we use to put our most popular lunch making products like sandwich meat, cheese, etc. Freezer on bottom: This was a big change for us as the old fridge was a side-by-side, but we are happy with the new arrangement. The app. : Yes, the fridge has an app. I like that it alerts us if someone left the fridge door ajar. This already happened once where someone forgot to close the door all the way. Door closing mechanism: This is something I personally really like. I hate it when people slam the fridge door. With the Samsung - BESPOKE, this happens far less. The doors have a soft-stop just before the door closes and then you press a bit more and the door pulls itself shut and holds it tightly closed. Stop in at BestBuy and feel it for yourself. Its a satisfying close you can be sure that fridge is closed up tight. In closing, We are really happy with the Samsung - BESPOKE and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new refrigerator.

Love this new bespoke refrigerator! I was a little worried about the ice maker and the autofill water pitcher issues but it has been working perfectly. Perfect sized ice cubes and the water pitcher is awesome. Really like the fingerprint resistant stainless and the space is great for being a counter depth.

We purchased the charcoal black and black glass combo as our bespoke option and it is beautiful. We love the functionality of the beverage center and the duel ice maker is more convenient than I anticipated.

We ordered the Heavy-Duty Water Line Kit, which included the first water filter, the 3yr Warranty and removal of our Old Refrigerator. - The Delivery Guys were Absolutely Awesome! Smooth and Efficient, careful removing the old fridge and bringing in the new one. - Attention to detail, polite and friendly, on time delivery. Even adjusted one door to make sure it was perfect. - Went over the Features and answered all our questions. - They tested the water lines to make sure there were no leaks. - They cleaned up the protective film and Styrofoam from the film. * Ten Stars for the Delivery Guys * Beverage Center - The Pitcher and Automatic Water Dispenser is Wonderful! Shelving - The Shelves were Perfect for our Sauces, Containers and Syrups - We had them lower the top shelf for our Larger Pitchers and Carafes. The Refrigerator Area is Huge! Beautiful fridge with plenty of room, dual ice maker, and beverage center. A big fan of Samsung products and great to be able to connect to SmartThings app to control at any time and receive alerts. Counter depth model fit perfectly in our narrow kitchen without sacrificing too much storage space.

I bought this refrigerator last june so far i don't have any problem on it.the design is sleek easy to clean beverage center is good i never buy any bottled water anymore water taste is good same as water bottle ice maker is perfect 2 different ice cubes i used big ones for shake and smothies while small ice is good for drinks soda and tea.the middle storage is great for kids drinks and food adjustable temperature.i'm still waiting for the lower panel on my fridge hope this fridge will last for many years as this one is my biggest purchase.

I like the design and modern look. Having glass is so far easier to maintain than stainless steel. Enjoy the beverage center very much. Matches my kitchen design.

So far, we are extremely happy with our purchase. We had a side by side before and are so glad that we switched to the french door w/middle drawer style. We love the beverage center and are getting used to the ice in the drawer. We are so used to the ice and water in the door but understand now why fridges were not lasting because this concept was not working. The only downside is that we wanted the charcoal glass and had to order the stainless steel fridge and had to order the charcoal glass panels separately which was not cheap. I wish the fridge was readily available to order in charcoal glass!

Love this fridge!! It looks so clean and unique but also provides all the functions I wanted. The beverage center has been so convenient and I like the drawer has its own temperature setting. The two ice cube options are perfect for our needs. And on top of all that, this fridge is so quiet compared to others I’ve had in the past.

We just got our new Samsung 23-cu Counter Depth Refrigerator with Beverage Center, and so far we love it!!! The beverage center is definitely a great perk; we love the pitcher with flavor diffuser. Also produces two kinds of ice! We primarily bought it because our fridge is located right in a corner in our kitchen, which causes all kinds of issues opening the fridge door all the way. That is no problem at all for this fridge; there are no handles and we can easily get to everything. Love it!
