We love the look, we love the ice, we love the water dispenser!

This fridge is amazing I have had no issues the ice makers are great and the water infuser works great.

I've had this fridge for a little more than 2 months, and so far, so good. It looks beautiful with a sleek and modern design. We love the water station with the autofill pitcher feature. We have it our white kitchem and it looks great

Great fit in our kitchen. The interior layout is quite large even though it is a count depth model.

We've had this new fridge for about a month and so far so good! A few of features I especially love are NOT having an ice / water dispenser in the door (MUCH less mess), the dispenser inside the first left hand side door that actually fits a huge bottle / mug, and 2 sizes of ice. Oh, and let's not forget that the fridge is internet enabled so I get notifications of when a door is left open! The flex drawer is a great option for those who entertain a lot; however, we just use it for deli & fresh meats & cheeses. I was a little skeptical of counter depth bc we've always had the larger cubic foot fridges, but it holds a surprising amount. I'm getting ready to host holidays and there's plenty of room for everything. Overall, a month in, its a big winner!

The refrigerator is pretty nice- we bought a floor model for our basement and Best Buy gave us a good price. They even got it inspected prior to shipping.

Fridge is top notch. Spacey and sleek. Many useful features.

So far it is working fine. It seems to be cooling better that old frig. It was a side by side. It is taking some getting used to use the space in this new frig compared to old frig. Different layout. I also find that to register frig with Samsung to be difficult. Have not done that yet because of that problem. Also one issue on that is the warranty states that in order to be able to claim the warranty one has to have to original sale ticket. This I fully understand. My issue is with Best Buys sale ticket! They just do not last! I say that because those heat transfer sale tickets fade over time and end up having nothing on them! With Samsungs 10 year warranty I am sure that long before 10 years the Best Buy sale Ticket will fade to nothing! Personally WiFi on this refrigerator is of little use for us as it does not have the screen on this model! Because of that I see little use for that WiFi being on a refrigerator! Besides the Best Buy sale ticket not lasting as long as the warranty and the WiFi on it the getting used to the storage as compared to a side by side we will get used to that! So, the refrigerator we are happy with it!

This fridge was well designed one thing to get used to is not having handles but all in all the ice is great the water comes in handy.

Very sleek and beautiful. Keeps everything cold and frozen.

Absolutely love this refrigerator! I was worried about downsizing to a counter depth but it is more than adequate for my purposes. Had a few people tell me how stylish and modern it is. No handles mean more walking room in the aisle. I don’t miss the external ice and water at all, and the smooth panel is soothing on the eye.

Moved to a new home and bought this fridge a second time! Beverage station and dual size ice maker are features my family uses and loves the most.

Love this refrigerator. The beverage center, flex drawer and sleek facade make our dated kitchen feel like it got a massive upgrade. We replaced an existing counter depth fridge and this fits in the space but does stick out slightly. Doesn’t bother us but definitely double check the measurements in your space.

It was hard to decide which Bespoke to choose after we zeroed in on this Samsung fridge. Whether or not to spring for the Beverage Center. So glad we did! I thought the water pitcher might be frivolous, but we all use it all day every day, fabulous feature. Love the deli drawer. We're just very happy with this product.

The water filling station and ice cube buckets are awesome in this refrigerator. Seems small, but I really enjoy the pitcher rather than the traditional filler. It’s faster and the water is cold. My only knock is the stainless steel is not smudge free, but this is a great appliance.
