This fridge is AWESOME! It’s very roomy, and I love the middle drawer, which I use for meat and cheese. The water picher fills itself, so there is always fresh, filtered water.

Great refrigerator. Fits well but be careful if by a wall. May not open up all the way.

So far so good, we have only had it installed a few days. I really like the fridge so far. A few things I noticed - 1) It seems to be a bit loud, at least louder than our last fridge. But that may just be from when we first plugged it in and it needing to get to the right temp. I don't seem to notice it as much now but maybe because I am used to it? 2) The extra step of opening the door to get to the beverage center is a bit annoying, but on the plus side you just have the clean lines on the exterior and not the unsightly water dispenser. 3) The last fridge had a read out stating how much water was being dispensed. I will miss that. This fridge is better looking and connects to the smart things app, the multiple size ice tray is something I think I will enjoy as well. These minor things are more my quirkiness and not issues with the fridge it self.

I love this fridge. Bought one a few years ago but left it behind when we sold the house. New houses needed a new fridge. I knew exactly which one I wanted!!

Great and powerful product backed by it’s signature brand. We love the ice machine that delivers two types of ice as well as the glass panels that enhances the art decor of the kitchen. No other products can compete with this refrigerator.

Originally I would've rated 1/5 star but thanks to Tommy the store manager and Andrew from backend support (not in store) The problem was finally solved. 1. We order glass white when it came we were excited because we bought matching white glass custom cabinets to match. When they took it out of the box the thing was light gray. Not like any, youtube, photos, or reviews we have seen. Then I dug deeper apparently Samsung screwed up royally and are not able to produce white glass anymore and all white glass has hints of gray. Dark to light. 2. The fun began, Tommy and andrew helped swap 3-4 other fridges and even tried swapping panels but they were all gray. 3. At the end, when I gave up I just swapped to a black fridge and it came out great. Overall, I would work with Bestbuy again but definitely NOT SAMSUNG. This is a COMMON PROBLEM. Look at forums and reddit you will see multiple ppl have this problem with this color.

This is the best refrigerator ever it’s easy to clean easy to organize. It has a water pitcher that you can cut up any kind of fruit to make it flavor. It’s the best. It’s easy to clean outside the refrigerator. It always looks nice and clean. It even has a barcode that will help you keep track of the dates of your food. I love it.I have so many comments on it, thank you Best Buy for making my life easier.

It's an okay fridge. I hope it lasts me a while. The good thing is you change the panels to your liking.

I love the sleek look of no handles. Yhe hidden water in the door is easier to keep clean and is super handy for quick access items. It does take up space in the interior but, that is not an issue for our family.
