Great refrigerator I love the design The beverage compartment is handy without effecting the sleek look

We recently bought this refrigerator and we absolutely love it! The fridge makes our kitchen feel modern and stylish, but what really makes it special are the features that make life easier every single day. Our favorite part is the Beverage Center. It is so convenient to have quick access to cold drinks without opening the whole fridge. The built-in pitcher automatically refills itself with fresh, filtered water, which is great for the whole family. There is also a hidden water dispenser inside that keeps the front of the refrigerator looking sleek while still giving us easy access to chilled water. Another thing that we cannot stop talking about is the ice options. This fridge gives us more than just regular ice cubes. It has both cubed ice and smaller nugget-style ice, which is perfect for smoothies, iced coffee, and cold drinks in the summer. Having different ice types feels like a luxury, and our kids love it just as much as we do. On top of that, the fridge is spacious, well-organized, and keeps food fresh for a long time. The counter-depth design makes it fit beautifully in our kitchen, and the smart features are a bonus that help us keep track of everything inside. Overall, this refrigerator is not just about looks. It is about making everyday life easier and more enjoyable. Not white looks gray!! Disappointed with the color

I wish I could review this, but you need a fridge to give a review. I purchased this fridge over a month ago and Best Buy has yet to deliver the item. I have had to reschedule the delivery date FIVE TIMES now, even though Best Buy knew the fridge wouldn’t be available for delivery until January of next year! They don't care if it inconveniences your time and you missing work. And yet they promised me MULTIPLE TIMES that I would receive it this year. They also keep blaming Samsung for the issue. And if they promise you compensation for the trouble, it’s only 0.5 percent of the total cost of the fridge. I’ve heard it all from them at this point. Save yourself the headaches and purchase a completely different fridge.

Unknown to us, the fridge arrived damaged and neither Best Buy or Samsung will do anything about it. From day one, the freezer would have condensation that led to everything in it getting frostbite. We reached out and a tech came out, they determined the fridge has damaged under the freezer drawer which is not visible unless you look under it and the fridge needed to be replaced. Samsung claims it’s physical damage so it is up to Best Buy and Best Buy refuses to do anything since in all the back and fourth the 60 day return window has expired.

I’ve been using the Samsung Bespoke 23 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator for a while now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The first thing that stood out to me was the modern design. The customizable panels really make a difference—it gave me the flexibility to choose a color that matched my kitchen, and I like knowing I can update the look in the future without replacing the whole appliance. What I liked: Spacious layout: The interior is well-organized, and the adjustable shelves make it easy to store tall items or rearrange space when needed. The French doors open wide, which makes it easy to see everything inside. FlexZone drawer/freezer design: The freezer is roomy, and I really like the pull-out drawer organization. It keeps frozen foods easy to access without digging around. Quiet and efficient: The refrigerator runs quietly, and I’ve noticed it keeps a very consistent temperature, which helps keep fruits and veggies fresh longer. Smart features: The built-in controls are intuitive, and being able to adjust settings easily is a nice plus. What could be better: The finish, while beautiful, does show fingerprints a bit more than I expected, so I find myself wiping it down often. The ice maker is on the smaller side—fine for daily use, but if you host often, you may run out. Overall experience: This refrigerator combines style, function, and efficiency really well. It feels high-end, looks great in my kitchen, and has been very reliable so far. If you want a customizable design with plenty of storage space, this is a great option.

We’re extremely pleased with our new fridge—it’s been an outstanding value. The multi-size ice option is a fantastic feature; having both small and medium cubes is ideal for different drinks. The fast-fill water pitcher inside and the external dispenser are incredibly convenient. We especially love the adjustable temperature middle drawer—it’s versatile and perfect for everything from snacks to deli items. And the fact that you can control the fridge with a phone app? That’s next-level. Truly impressed. Solid 5 stars!

Water leaks and i have to file property damage claim. Took best buy more than a week to just to exchange the defective unit and who knows how long this claim process is going to take

I’ve had this refrigerator for a few months now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s spacious, quiet, and energy efficient everything I was hoping for. The cooling is consistent, and fruits and vegetables stay fresher for longer thanks to the well designed humidity controlled drawers. The layout is intuitive with adjustable shelves that make it easy to fit everything from tall bottles to wide platters. The freezer section is also roomy and well lit. I especially appreciate the built in water and ice dispenser it works flawlessly and adds real convenience. Overall, this fridge has exceeded my expectations. It looks sleek in my kitchen and performs beautifully. If you’re in the market for a reliable, great looking refrigerator, I highly recommend this one!

I love this fridge so much. I literally say it every single day. It's beautiful, first off. And the beverage center is a freaking dream! The auto-refill pitcher makes it super easy to fill up my 40oz bottle of water, and both ice sizes are always full and ready for use - with a scoop and a dedicated slot for it! The middle drawer is a fun feature that we use a lot more than expected. Overall, we can actually see what we have and I feel like we waste less because of it. It's been a dream fridge. Did I mention I love this fridge?

Amazing looking fridge. Never thought I could love a refrigerator so much, but I do. Had a “stainless”Samsung before and had a ton of problems. The ice maker broke (notorious for that model) and the crappy “fingerprint free stainless” was not true stainless. Everything stained it - water splashes, wet fingers, anything. Owned stainless for years, but THAT was not regular stainless. So when we bought this fridge, we were free! Awesome ice maker with 2 kinds of ice. Still adjusting to counter depth, but has plenty of room. We use the middle drawer for drinks on one side (cans store standing up!) and meats and cheeses on the other. The auto water dispenser is a game changer. Didn’t think we’d love it so much! Fill up glasses, put back in fridge and VOILA! your water pitcher is filled when the door closes. Fridge is easy to clean since it’s glass. And did I say it looks great?? We bought the teal panels on top with white below. You won’t regret it! Seriously, everyday I exclaim, I love this fridge!!

Sleek look, nice shelving, gallon size door shelf and overall large capacity for a counter depth fridge. We love the beverage center with auto-refill water pitcher and easy access door that keeps more cold inside when opened. The versatile middle door/drawer gives you the choice of using as a fridge or freezer which allows so many options for storing anything. It's especially great for drinks, yogurt, snacks or anything that is used frequently and helps save energy by not needing to open the larger fridge doors on top. The freezer supplies plenty of ice in 2 sizes that drop in a dual compartment tray with a dedicated ice scoop and holder all covered by a sliding door to keep ice fresh. If you need a counter depth fridge, you should definitely consider this Samsung Bespoke model.

Our Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is amazing! We love the look and performance. The pitcher and water dispenser functions make it a mess-free zone, which is something we disliked from past refrigerators. The ice maker is also a huge plus, we like the ability to make normal or bite size pieces.

I love the clean profile of this fridge. The beverage center is great with the ice and water pitcher. This style has much more storage than my side by side and the middle drawer is so handy. I love it. I think it's a great value for the price. And i love that its smart and lets me know if someone doesn’t close the door all the way.

The product is perfect. The delivery was great and very professional. The refrigerator is the perfect size, and the color is fantastic for our kitchen. The separation of spaces helps us control the temperatures of different foods. And the water dispensing system is great. We no longer have to ask "who left the water jug ​​empty?"

Love it, so much room, great quality and love the hidden water dispenser and two kinds of ice maker is awesome.
