Counter depth is great for a family of two, but an additional refrigerator in a different location is a must if you like to store cold beverages or keep a large assortment of condiments on hand. We especially enjoy the beverage center with the door-within-a door, and love the two sizes of ice.

The slide out ice tray and beverage station are my favorite parts. Not having to use a dispenser, being able to see all my ice and the clean tray they come out of makes a difference. Having a self filling jug has been life changing, truly.

Too bad that the employees at Best Buy weren't forthcoming with the problems and that it was a returned item. It was 10 days before I was actually able to use the Family Hub panel. The whole door had to be replaced because when we turned it on there was an error that couldn't be fixed.
