    Great refrigerator but order the panels!

    We love this refrigerator. Only warning is that you have to order the panels separately and our customer service person at the store didn’t do this so now we are sitting with a refrigerator with no front panels and it looks bad until they come in.

    Sold with white panels but came just with one the rest of the fridge has no panels have to wait for samsung to make them because they are in backorder. It does have a small freezer. I did get lots of compliments. It haves lots of divisions for storage. It is a very nice fridge. I would had give it a 5 but I still havent got the pitcher to fill it haven’t work since I bought it. I will call to have someone check why is not working.

    If you purchase this refrigerator please remember to also purchase the panels separately. Now what bothers me the most is that this refrigerator cost almost $3000 and you still have to purchase panels which is also another $300 that’s fine if it was advertised the right way.

    Samsung custom panels NEVER AVAILABLE

    Bought this refrigerator on September 29, 2022 and we still don't have ANY PANELS! All Best Buy does is keep rescheduling saying there are no custom panels available. Why do you sell a refrigerator if you don't have any panels? Extremely dissatisfied with all of it. It is now February and no panels.
