What panels not included on refrigerator

We were told that the refrigerator was going to come with all white panels and it is cheaper then some of the other color panels. The refrigerator looks awful as there is only 1 white panel and the rest looks like parts are missing. Why would Best buy even sell this refrigerator without standard panels!!!! Now we have to go back and speak to the person who sold us the refrigerator and told us that we would get the white panels. Really disappointed in best buy.

Worst Fridge will break down

Looks nice and sleek, breaks down less than a year into owning, Samsung representative that they sent to fix it said this always happens and even knew what to bring in, temperature sensor… I noticed an ice block below the deli drawer, what a mistake stuck with a 4k fridge that will break down again

Please do not spend money on this fridge.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this fridge 23 months ago during a kitchen remodel and the compressor has completely died. We attempted to contact Samsung twice for a service call and they have not responded to our attempts. We were forced to have a local company come out. Total bill to repair is $1800 which is crazy considering cost of the this fridge to begin with. We paid about $4k 23 months ago. In additional the family hub screen locked up 3 months ago and does not work. We barely used it so we just dealt with the failure. Unfortunately a compressor failure can’t be ignored. Very poor product and overall quality. We will now be purchasing a middle of the road fridge from a different manufacturer. These will probably last longer and at least if they don’t, you don’t waste $4k in less than 2 years.

Save your money - buy another brand

Control board went out within 9 months and Samsung customer support and warranty are worthless! We live in a major metro area and Samsung can't send a tech to even look at it for a week?!?! C'mon, do better.

Bad Delivery Service, Terrible Scheduling.

I bought this item back in March and was scheduled to deliver for May. The store says they do that all the time and I even got an email confirming the product has arrive at the store. A day before the item was schedule to be delivered, I get an email from a Ken saying they didn’t have the product anymore or lost it. Best Buy has gone down the drain.

I do not recommend Samsung

Samsung custom panels NEVER AVAILABLE

All Best Buy does is keep rescheduling saying there are no custom panels available. Why do you sell a refrigerator if you don't have any panels? Extremely dissatisfied with all of it. It is now February and no panels.

Cracked tray

Naked refrigerator NO panel available

Not happy at all

No panels!

It came without the panels and it’s now taking two months for the panels to come in. My refrigerator looks unfinished and all you see are screw’s when you look at it. One of the screws even cut my finger!
