Beware this doesn’t come with the bespoke panels

So now I need to spend another $500 to get the bespoke panels. I wish Best Buy and Samsung would have disclosed that before I purchased this. It is a very nice refrigerator but what’s the point of only getting part of the unit.

Do not purchase

Failed to purchase extended warranty due to thinking my home warranty would cover it but they dont. Samsung wants over $200 to just go out and it could cost up to $2k to fix. Do not recommend this. At least it still cools

Disappointed with Open-Box Refrigerator Purchase

While it appeared flawless externally, it has been shutting off unexpectedly. I contacted customer service, and they sent a technician to inspect it. According to them, a part needs replacement, which is scheduled for installation this weekend. I feel disappointed, having spent $3,000 on a refrigerator that doesn't function properly. Even if the repair resolves the issue, the process has already taken two weeks, and I'm uncertain if it will be fully fixed. This experience has been frustrating, and I expected better reliability and support.

Hoped for better customer follow up and service, I

I'm a little disappointed that we paid this much for a product upfront only to receive mediocre service at best with very little follow up, and it wasn't right at the end anyways. I'm going to just take care of the panel myself. I ended up going three extra months without a fridge because of this fiasco.

Fridge works fine, screen is handicapped.

It’s slow, barely works with most of the connected devices in my home, requires weekly if not daily restarts to get it to work correctly with the ones it does connect with. We mostly use it to play music with Spotify, everything else is hit/miss at below 50% rate. Samsung really handicapped this thing with the smart things app.

Freezer is always frosty

Great looking…ice machine hasn’t worked

Samsung Bespoke

Online the worker tells me I’m getting stainless steel panels as my request. Frigator has not 1 panel I ordered and no bottom panels. She had to think the stainless steel of the frame was it.
