    Love the fridge . But be careful bec if you want a different color for the panel . You will ended up paying so much extras for the color you want and it will be add up to the final price . Definitely not a cheap fridge . Ended up cancelling the order bec the fridge not available for about 3 months from the time i orders it . They keep on rescheduling but fridge still not available until Dec .

    If you purchase this refrigerator please remember to also purchase the panels separately. Now what bothers me the most is that this refrigerator cost almost $3000 and you still have to purchase panels which is also another $300 that’s fine if it was advertised the right way.

    The first one we bought wouldn’t cool to a consistent temp. We exchanged it and this one seems to be okay. There are more things I don’t like than I do. Below is a list. Cons No handles makes it a pain to open Finger prints everywhere Ice scooping is annoying and loud from the bottom No actual control panel, you must use the smart hub or the app. The hub while pretty is useless Hub keeps suggesting a food list on foods it is improperly labeling from our fridge Ice in the freezer takes up valuable space Pros I love the water pitcher I love the look, very sleek and classy Love the deli drawer Love the beverage center and hidden water spout

    Great Fridge/Freezer. Old Android Screen/apps

    Refrigerator and Freezer are awesome. Screen is just an old version of Android that runs pretty slow. Having not been an android user for many years, having issues understanding it.

    This doesn’t come with panels… it looks really awful from the one in the picture. Other than that it’s big… 4 days after delivery started turning off by itself . I am so disappointed I put so much money into this and half fridge. The 3 start is even for the geek squad otherwise for this item I would have giving them O

      Thank you for reaching out and we hope you are in good health. We are saddened to know that this has happened to you. This is not the experience we want for our customers.

      The panels will have to be purchased separately to tailor fit the color and design of your kitchen.

      The Full Hub screen will go dormant/off when it’s not in use. Users, however, can adjust the screen duration time via the settings if they want it to run longer before it times out.

    Beautiful fridge, however, we received it with dents on the open side so we were very disappointed as we have been w/o a fridge for months. I gave an average rating because while this was disappointing to see the dents, the fridge was everything we were hoping for.

    Should have come with any panels, i had to pay for the panels an extra $300 on top of an already expensive item. And pricing fluctuates too much from place to place. I also had to wait over a month to receive it. We will see how it works over time.
