I like it. I have a love hate relationship with the customize-slide-a-shelf… needs an option to lock it because sometimes it slides to half a shelf when Im trying to put heavy/ semi-heavy items in the fridge. So if I have a bottle of corked wine… the half shelf is the only place it will fit but at the same time I will loose a WHOLE shelf for a bottle of corked wine if I store it. So Samsung has definitely pushed me to drink haha. No more glasses for me…. just take the bottle to the head haha. I like the idea the inventor is trying to pull off… not much room sometimes and creativity is a challenge. A pot of gumbo would be a no but a Tupperware container of gumbo… will work maybe depending on your size. Plenty of space for drinks. Limit of space for fruits and veggies. Unable to fit two heads of cabbage in crisper… but slice it and it works. Thanksgiving meal prep, definitely a challenge. I really had to change my way of thinking about the fridge because I like it and also the restocking fee was a no go for me. Family hub is a super nice feature…without it and I would have bit my lip and paid the restocking fee. Now that I have it… do i think the price is worth it. I do not. Do I feel fancy? I think I do. Overall, I am happy I purchased it. I would like it much better if it was $1k cheaper... But YOLO, get yourself a good set of knives ( so you can slice your veggies and some fancy Tupperware to go with your fancy fridge (because pots don’t go in the fridge right) and live your best life!

Great fridge. Delivery guys unmannered and have 0 communciation skills. They couldn't just confirm if we purchased the parts. This is how they left it. Wasn't a happy delivery after having to wait an extra month for the fridge itself. I'll review how it works in a few weeks.

I haven’t purchased a new refrigerator in over 20 years and I have researched high and low for the best refrigerator for my small kitchen space. I must say that I am very happy with my choice! So far so good! It’s like getting used to a new smartphone! But on time it will be lovely and smooth as butter! I’m looking forward to transitioning into having this appliance for a while! The only downside is that I am an iPhone owner and some of the apps are not available for me. But I have to say that it was long overdue for me! And I am very happy with my purchase! Not too big, not too small… Just right!!!

Overall good fridge so far. Beverage center is great and 2 different kinds of ice is nice feature. The family hub screen is mostly a novelty, but I’m still glad I went with it. The glass panels show finger prints, but are easily cleanable. The bottom freezer can turn into a disorganized pile of frozen stuff, but it’s OK.

This Fridge is going to be beautiful, once I get my other 2 panels. When I ordered it said white glass. I assumed the whole thing, as that is what the picture shows. It only comes with the while glass hub. I called support and after she researched and read the reviews she informed me I need to purchase the other 3 separate. Fine... another $300, but they need to make it clear that you need to add panels. Otherwise, it is a very cool fridge, works fine (as of now), the technology piece is cool and the delivery guys were great.

I like the fact that Bespoke is a refrigerator I can interface with all of its most recent technology. Fresh water ... Streaming on the internet. Live music, Alexa it is a great piece of Equpment

We love this fridge! Honestly, we don't even use 10% of the family hub functions, but it is still fun to have. My only complaint is that you see fingerprints all over- you need to be constantly wiping it down.

Amazing fridge.love all the features it comes with,the only bad thing I have to say is the water filter needs constant replacing

So far so good! We have had the fridge for about two months and all has been great. Its handy to have the shopping list, timer, calendar, and all things connected to our phones and fridge. Love the beverage center and the ice maker. Took about a month to get the panels we needed and one got pushed out but once we got it all together all has been good and working properly.

So far the performance has been great. The ice maker came handy during my baby's birthday party. The kids are so happy seeing their pictures displaying on it.

Overall a really nice fridge. Internal parts especially ice trays a little flimsy. Only other isdue to note is that it is not fingerprint resisrant so need to wipe down daily.

Very cool fridge,surprised by how much i like the smart features. Only complaint is black glass makes fingerprints obvious, so we are constantly wiping it down.

Great refrigerator for family! The beverage center is the best feature of it all. Looks elegant and fits any modern kitchen.

Sold with white panels but came just with one the rest of the fridge has no panels have to wait for samsung to make them because they are in backorder. It does have a small freezer. I did get lots of compliments. It haves lots of divisions for storage. It is a very nice fridge. I would had give it a 5 but I still havent got the pitcher to fill it haven’t work since I bought it. I will call to have someone check why is not working.

Great product, finally got it right by putting Ice maker in FREEZER not the fridge! computer on outside is wonderful. only negative is the panels that they offer are 90% of time out of stock, Boo when it goes out of stock this should tell you to make more, just a word of advice in marketing.

It is a refrigerator with a tablet. I like the beverage center. Ice takes a lot of the bottom, but for larger families will need to make sure have a separate freezer. A lot of bells and whistles that will have to get use to all the features. With that said, could mean expensive fixes later.

Very modern and elegant look. Best thing is customizing the panels w.r.t your cabinet color. Also Samsung is offering to get free panels as a promotion which is really great. Family hub is a great innovation and it has lots of features, mirror your phone to video door bell what not not.. worth the price

Love the updated model and technology- the bigger model is definitely needed! The water dispenser feature is amazing and everyone says its the best water! Only complaint is i need more space
