I like it. I have a love hate relationship with the customize-slide-a-shelf… needs an option to lock it because sometimes it slides to half a shelf when Im trying to put heavy/ semi-heavy items in the fridge. So if I have a bottle of corked wine… the half shelf is the only place it will fit but at the same time I will loose a WHOLE shelf for a bottle of corked wine if I store it. So Samsung has definitely pushed me to drink haha. No more glasses for me…. just take the bottle to the head haha. I like the idea the inventor is trying to pull off… not much room sometimes and creativity is a challenge. A pot of gumbo would be a no but a Tupperware container of gumbo… will work maybe depending on your size. Plenty of space for drinks. Limit of space for fruits and veggies. Unable to fit two heads of cabbage in crisper… but slice it and it works. Thanksgiving meal prep, definitely a challenge. I really had to change my way of thinking about the fridge because I like it and also the restocking fee was a no go for me. Family hub is a super nice feature…without it and I would have bit my lip and paid the restocking fee. Now that I have it… do i think the price is worth it. I do not. Do I feel fancy? I think I do. Overall, I am happy I purchased it. I would like it much better if it was $1k cheaper... But YOLO, get yourself a good set of knives ( so you can slice your veggies and some fancy Tupperware to go with your fancy fridge (because pots don’t go in the fridge right) and live your best life!

This is probably the best refrigerator I have ever owned. Gone are the the days of the constant troubles with the Ice maker on the Samsung refrigerator. They have finally gotten it right with the two types of ice in a different part of the freezer. The BESPOKE Version of their fridges is top notch ans able to be updated with different color panels as you chenge the colors in your kitchen. That makes this a refrigerator that I will keep aroung for years to come.vThe family hub will serve your family well its great for leaving messages checking the weather and having Bixby find information for you. Dont wait buy this model you will not be disappointed.

This is by far the BEST fridge we've ever owned, and we've been homeowners for over 40 years, and have owned quite a few fridges. It has great storage capacity inside, and we love the Family Hub which lets you see inside your refrigerator, manage your family’s calendars, stream music, see who’s at the front door, and much more. It also features the Beverage Center with both a water dispenser and AutoFill Water Pitcher. Plus a Dual Ice Maker with cubed ice and Ice Bites. We chose the black front and it looks awesome!!

I haven’t purchased a new refrigerator in over 20 years and I have researched high and low for the best refrigerator for my small kitchen space. I must say that I am very happy with my choice! So far so good! It’s like getting used to a new smartphone! But on time it will be lovely and smooth as butter! I’m looking forward to transitioning into having this appliance for a while! The only downside is that I am an iPhone owner and some of the apps are not available for me. But I have to say that it was long overdue for me! And I am very happy with my purchase! Not too big, not too small… Just right!!!

My wife loves this product. It look beautiful, has plenty of space and the family hub is so convenient and easy to use. Also, thw delivery and installation was wonderful.

We love the idea refrigerator and the home hub!! The fact that I can create a grocery list in order from the door of the refrigerator is amazing is so spacious inside the refrigerator the freezer the apartments. I love this refrigerator.

This refrigerator is jusy awesome and i snagged it from a floor model. Best Buy personnel was just awesomeness! They wrapped and protected it beautifully amd were A-class surperb during the entire process! The hub entertains myspn ams husband and it is so spacious!

This refrigerator is awesome. It offers so much space and it allows you to organize in a way that makes sense for your family's needs. I have had it for almost one month and I am still learning so much on how to use the family hub. Worth every dollar.

Love our new Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door French Door Refrigerator! The Family Hub is awesome. Love having our calendar on there. The water pitcher feature and the two types of ice cubes are a nice change from the traditional water dispenser and ice cubes we have been used to. We transitioned from a side by side frig/freezer. I was worried that we wouldn't actually feel like we had more space but we do. Our refrigerator often looks empty with the same amount of food we always had crammed in our other refrigerator. The lay out of the shelving and large drawers make a big difference.

Love the look, function, and space of this fridge! The 2 different size ice cubes are perfect for my reusable water bottles. I love the pull out drawers. So much easier to get to than doors on the bottom. The auto refill water pitcher is fast and easy. Best fridge I have ever had!! Did I also mention that you can see fingerprints? ❤️

The Samsung Bespoke,is all i wanted in a refrigerator and more! Making ice cube in two sizes, is a great extra. With the family hub, no more expired food sitting around.

Great fridge with a ton of features. Apart from the Family Hub I love the metal cooling inside and the 3rd drawer in the middle. Being able to choose what goes in the drawer and the temp as a result makes a big difference. Of course you can’t talk about this fridge without discussing the Family Hub. It’s a great interactive tool that gives you entertainment while also connecting to your Smart Home features. Being able to see the Ring camera in the kitchen really helps! And plenty of entertainment options like Pandora, Spotify, and even Samsung TV! Definitely would recommend this fridge.

We could not be happier with this refrigerator. It seriously has been life changing. We really wanted to get ourselves more organized and this fridge has helped in many ways. The hub is fantastic, the middle drawer is used a lot, and the beverage bar is extremely convenient. This fridge is a winner.

Bespoke refrigerator hasn't been delivered yet, but am looking forward to enjoying all the features of this fridge appliance when my complete home renovation is complete. I love the idea that I can change the door panels to a variety of colors and finishes in the future. And the Hub will be a plus. I will review again upon receipt of all my appliances.

I love this fridge. I can see what’s in there from my phone. The family hub with integrated speaker is my favorite. Food recognition is great too.

I absolutely love my new fridge ! So happy I chose this with the family hub . My daughter can use it easily to leave messages etc even easy access to recipes right on the fridge etc.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The Family Hub is a really nice feature to this refrigerator. I'm still exploring and learning all of the perks to having the hub. The indoor water and ice maker is very nice as well.

We like our new fridge, but we’ve only had it a couple of weeks. Bldg management hasn’t fixed our water hookup yet so we don’t have ice, yet. We are working through the apps on the hub. But, we like what we’ve got.
