My refrigerator is a perfect fit! We are a family of seven and the organizational benefits the interactive touchscreen brings into our kitchen is practical but also very fun. Plus, this counter depth model is more aesthetically pleasing to my space without jeopardizing storage, and I love the middle drawer because it’s a perfect height for my toddlers to reach their favorite snacks. Even the double ice option is a nice feature to have. Don’t think twice about getting your own. You will enjoy it.

Great modern refrigerator goes well with our modern looking kitchen. I like the feature when it needs filter change notifies you and with a click of a button you can order the filter. I also like the sleek door for the filter drinking water dispenser. I would’ve liked if the freezer had compartments Overall great product

Great buy has everything I was looking for, lots of fridge and freezer space, ice machine with optional size ice, water pitcher and reservoir, which is great cause I can use the pitcher and give my pups fresh cold water any time!! Just love love my fridge!

Overall good fridge so far. Beverage center is great and 2 different kinds of ice is nice feature. The family hub screen is mostly a novelty, but I’m still glad I went with it. The glass panels show finger prints, but are easily cleanable. The bottom freezer can turn into a disorganized pile of frozen stuff, but it’s OK.

We LOVE our new Samsung fridge! The water center with jug has been a huge favorite allowing us to get quick freshwater for our pets. The smart home capability is awesome and we use the calendar, music, and reminders all the time.

i love my new refrigerator. After 20 years my old fridge died so i had buy a new one. I did not have this in mind but fell in love with it. it's fun too with the Smart Family Hub. I also like the water dispenser and the ice maker.

This fridge rocks! Ice is always available and auto fill water pitcher is a must! Kids love the touch screen.

Very pleased with this refrigerator. Makes plenty of ice and the small ice bits are great. The water pitcher is kinda a niche item but may use it more as time goes on.

How's this for irony, I'm one of those people who bought a samsung fridge with the ice maker issues years ago and vowed never to buy another samsung fridge. And here I am, with a new house and a new samsung fridge. So why did I do it? Honestly, the biggest reason was that every brand out there now "sucks" at something and they all break and so why not just get the one with the features you like best and an extended warranty and just hope for the best. But also, because I was told by some reliable sources that Samsung fixed their issue with the ice maker and also this ice maker is in the freezer where it belongs. Also, to be fair, my old fridge really was great other than that one little issue and the Bespoke line is supposed to be better quality then any other samsung fridge so I figured I'll give them one more shot. So far it has not proven to be a bad decision. There's a lot to like about the fridge, it's sleek, it's shiny, it has a tablet built into the panel. There's also a few quirks though that we are trying to get used to. Mainly the shelves in the door don't really allow for too much storage. This hasn't been a deal breaker for us because we just move things to the main part of the fridge, but it is a little annoying that things like ketchup bottles don't quite fit in the door if you also want room for milk. Another issue we've noticed is the "see inside" part of the fridge really isn't much more than a gimmick. It's cool sure, but if you're at the grocery store and you want to know what's in the fridge, unless you put it front and center, you won't be able to see it anyway. I checked once to see if we had an item, I couldn't see it on the camera so I bought it only to find out we DID have that item, it was just off to the side. So don't expect to see everything in the fridge. Right along that same idea is the item list issue. It's a cool idea, and I'm sure Samsung will eventually tweak it to work better, but for now, listing all the items in the fridge with an expiration date only SOUNDS cool but doesn't actually work great. The biggest issue is we have something "expire" and the fridge warns us, awesome; but then I can't easily tap something to say that the item is no longer in the fridge. For example, we had pasta sauce in the fridge. The expiration date we added to the item came up and the fridge popped up a notification telling us it was expired but it was no longer in the fridge, we used it up. I looked for a quick button to "delete item" but there was none. I had to go into the item list, find the item, and then delete it from there. But hey, that's all mostly software and perks issues, the things the fridge does right are the things you want most out of a fridge. It keeps food cold, it makes ice without a dam, and it's smart enough to play music or show you photos, leave notes to the family, etc. We love having the white board available to quickly leave notes or messages and easily add to anyone's note. The same goes for the sticky notes. If you take the time to customize your settings and home pages you can really have a useful tablet controller for your smartthings controlled home as well. I like having my scenes easily accessible and check on cameras at a glance. Another feature we've been enjoying a lot is the beverage center. The auto fill pitcher has been working great for us so far and we tend to use that more than the water dispenser because our pressure is a little low so the dispenser goes slower. We haven't done any infusion water yet but I plan to try that soon. It's also nice to have quick grab snacks above the beverage center without having to open the entire door. The ice is perfect and having two options is nice. Again, so far we haven't had any issues with the ice maker but it's only been a few months. The 3rd drawer is perfect for beverages and snacks as well. We keep a couple go to fruits and snacks and some cans of pop in there as well as using it as a cheese drawer due to the amount of cheese we use. Since we have no kids and it's just the two of us, the cabinet depth was a better choice and we have not had any issues with running out of room. We aren't the type of people that load up on a ton of grocery to be fair, but we do have more than average and have not had any issues with finding room for things. When the fridge is more full, the "view inside" cameras are not really useful though. We've learned to put important things front and center so the cameras can see them and we can keep track of them. Overall we have been really happy with the Bespoke Fridge so far and hope that it continues to work well. I'll do my best to update this review good or bad after a year and see how it's coming along then. But for now, we're enjoying it and happy with our purchase.

Let me start by saying I am a Samsung certified field technician. I've repaired many Samsung TV's and appliances, so I came into this with a keen eye for common issues. After two weeks of using this refrigerator, not only have I not encountered those issues, Samsung has actually actively fixed some problems that plagued them in the past. Firstly, the ice maker. I was so happy to see that on this model, they had moved away from the direct cool technology that caused so many problems in the past, and instead opted to put the ice maker in the freezer. Not only is it a solid move to prevent the jamming issues, the system in this unit is actually exceptionally innovative. It produces two sizes of ice that drop in their respective bins to be dispensed with the provided scooper. I absolutely love it. Perfect ice cubes every time! The autofill pitcher is also a delightful surprise. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate having water infused with lemons and limes. I also like the fact that I can fill my water bottle from the pitcher instead of standing at the water dispenser waiting for it to fill. The Family Hub is incredibly useful. The French heater has 3 cameras so you can see what's in the refrigerator on your phone. It's helpful when you make an impromptu grocery store visit and you want to check your refrigerator to see what you need. The Samsung TV Plus app is awesome too. I can honestly say I am more likely to cook meals now because I can watch TV programs on the refrigerator while I'm preparing my meal. Another feature of the Family Hub I really like is the recipes and cooking instructions. You can actually choose a recipe and it will send the ingredient list to your phone so you know what to grab at the store. One of the last unique features of this unit that I'll mention is the Bespoke panels on the drawers. I don't know if I'll ever have the desire to change the panels to a different color, but I could definitely see a scenario where over time the doors have been peppered with dings and scratches from the wear and tear of every day life. The option to replace those panels, thereby giving my refrigerator a face life, is pretty amazing to say the least. This is by far the most innovative and exciting refrigerator I have ever seen, and I've directly worked on thousands of appliances. If you are looking for something with a premium build and all kinds of unique technology, this might be the refrigerator for you.

Beautiful fridge. For a counter depth fridge, I felt that the size was decent. The Family Hub is a great feature for putting family calendars and photos up to eliminate typical refrigerator exterior clutter. I LOVE the two different types of ice, especially the ice bits. The middle drawer is great for a deli drawer as well. Very satisfied with my purchase.

What a refrigerator. First off awesome color scheme. The beverage center is slick; can fit large stainless cups with ease. The pitcher comes in handy when larger groups are present. And, you can turn it off when not needed. The flexibility is there. The storage space is ample. Plenty of places to put things. We are using the middle drawer for veggies but it can be set to other items making it a nice option. The freezer isn’t the largest thing in the world but it fits what we need. We moved everything from our side by side freezer section into this one so it is deceiving. The ice tray is what we like most. Sure it does take up part of the freezer but you gain so much back in the fridge section. And no more drips or ice cubes flying out randomly. The interface is awesome and really easy to use. Great talking piece and entertainment for the kiddos. We are beginning to use the food tracking system to help us when picking out groceries. It will help in the coming weeks so we can check the app while in the store. It is worth the extra cost for sure. So far so good. I would take this over some of the more expensive fridges with its versatility.

Best modern looking fridge. What I love is you can see the inside of the fridge with your cellphone that is helpful if you are at work or away from home and thinking if what you want to buy at the grocery store. You can control the temp remotely as well using ur phone. The screen adds aesthetic and functionality. If the door was left open, it will send alarm and will beep off as well. It has very good ice maker. Water filter is awesome and we don't have issues with the potability. What I like here is it has middle part storage for medium cooling.. so the fridge part at the bottom is not opened everytime you open it up for daily necessities. It is definitely an eye catcher with visitors.

Never thought I would love a fridge so much. Double freezer is great with plenty of storage, top on you can also change so it's either fridge or freezer. I use the water station a lot especially when filling water bottles and dog bowl. Lots of storage also. The family hub is amazing, can put sticky notes, family photos, get recipes, check the weather. It is all compatible with my Samsung TV, so can watch what I have on in the den in the kitchen. Not that I think I would change the glass panels to a different color, but its nice to have the option to buy them. I would defiantly recommend.

I have only had the fridge for two weeks but it is great. The look is also amazing. You can change the front panels and make it your own. So if you update your kitchen you can update the fridge with it without purchasing a new one. I also love that it makes two different types of ice, small and large cubes. This fridge should last as the ice maker is not in the top in the French doors which all brands have a problem with. Great fridge.

I am so much in love with my new refrigerator. Very easy to program. I love the beverage center and it made my kitchen look so modern. My 16 year old son loves all the features especially Spotify. Easy to clean and looks sharp all the time.

Great look and functionality, really defines our kitchen space. The family really enjoys the “family hub” tablet in the door, as well as the very convenient beverage center that is easily accessed without opening the main fridge door. Make sure to order the panels in the colors you’d like, we went all Charcoal and really like it.
