This is a great fridge, looks awesome and the size is perfect, love the beverage center and the touchscreen is very cool... Having said this there is a really bad chemical smell coming out from it, I will have to return and wait another month for a replacement... willing to give it another chance! Once the new fridge comes in with no smell it, my rating could definitely increase to 5 stars.

This refrigerator was such an upgrade from my previous one. I love the french doors and the beverage center on the left. The door's auto open feature is nice when your hands are full, but can be annoying if it activates when you didn't want it to (this feature can be turned off). The refrigerator is very sleek and offers many smart features that can be toggled on/off. Overall great buy.

This fridge has exceeded our expectations. The interface is simple to understand and our personal favorite touch is the double ice bin with two different types of ice. It also has a power freeze option that allows you to freeze items faster, or make ice faster if you run out. All of this wrapped up in a beautiful fridge. We got the white one and it goes perfectly with our kitchen look!

The refrigerator is beautiful and very modern but it seems that this model has some issues. We had it exchanged twice because the water dispenser dented came with factory issues, twice! But the third was the charm so is working great now. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars since we are happy with this product. The screen is helpful but could improve and have more apps like google maps

Amazing refrigerator! The screen is extra, but it is pretty cool. Very convenient to be able to handle all the settings on the screen. The color is a lighter black stainless color, and the glass doors are black and complement the metal look. The counter depth does limit the space a bit, and so does the separate deli drawer. That does make the space between the shelves shorter and limits the height of what you can put in.

Wonderful product, and great features. It is quiet, and very functional. I only wish I had gone for the larger model size to get more freezer space. If you need more meat storage space, go for the 29-cu. ft unit. the AI center can be used without the subscription-based service and still access great recipes and cooking instructions. It pairs with my ring account to show my camera and communicate with the front door.

This refrigerator is Great, lots of space and you cannot ignore the technology by using the onboard screen. Really fantastic!!!

Loved the new refrigerator it's more than I expected. The only default is that the techs did not connect the waterline the good thing is that I still have a water dispenser. Fit perfectly in my kitchen and love the technology.

I absolutely love my Samsung Bespoke fridge! The giant screen add a modern, high-end look to my kitchen, and the interior is ok given i get the counter depth, but it is well-lit. It’s super quiet, keeps everything fresh, and the SmartThings integration is a great bonus. Highly recommend for anyone wanting both function and style in their kitchen!

It's great and the style helped make our kitchen seem more modern. The set up was easy and all the functions are very helpful. We had our old unit hauled away and installed by Best Buy and they did an amazing job. Professional, courteous and very respectful.

Best fridge everrrrr!! The functionality is amazing and it has tons of space for counter depth. Love the door in door feature and water dual water dispensers. Multiple ice sizes is a nice to have as well.

This fridge is bold,sexy and modern. Great featurea along with a screen for apps like Spotify to listen to music and watch videos. Cant go wrong with the black color option.

Just when you think something as basic as a refrigerator thats been around for a very long time cant be improved, you come across the Bespoke refrigerator from Samsung to get you excited about technology and innovation in something thats a basic everyday need. This refrigerator is awesome, gorgeous design (we got the white glass) and although it might have features that may go unused (like it taking pictures of what you put in and take out of the fridge to help remind you of what you need to buy next time youre at the market), it's one of those things that is just cool to have. The self filling water jar, the 2 different size of ice it makes, its just about everything you didn't know you needed until you have it
