    Was highly excited to purchase this Fridge. However after only two weeks of owning it. It started having a massive water leak. BestBuy was able to get me a replacement unit a couple weeks later. My biggest complaint is when u spend over 3k on a fridge you expect it to be a quality product

    Samsung is a NIGHTMARE

    Samsung Customer Care is horrible and gives you the run around. We started having problems with the fridge roughly a month after we bought it as it stopped making ice, the following month the fridge and freezer went out and gout up to 75 degrees in both areas. Fought with Samsung customer care when they finally sent out a not so customer friendly repair company who finally replaced the compressor. After the compressor repair another month later the refrigerator started doing the same thing as before with no ice and high temperatures in the fridge and freezer. Once again had to call Samsung Customer Care sent out said repair company and they finally decided to refund our original purchase price or purchase a new fridge through Samsung but not not exchange evenly across the board and offer a cheaper fridge.

    Fingerprints all over the glass, not that easy to clean, pictures are not clear hard to find the item on phone or screen, feels cheap plastic quality.

      Please refer to your user manual for tips on cleaning your fridge exterior and troubleshooting steps if the pictures are not clear. Turn to page 77, "Cleaning (Interior and exterior)," and page 91, "The inner view picture looks bulged out or incomplete."

    The refrigerator looks good but it is a little too small for a family of 4 and cooling is a concern.

    The Bespoke is not what I expected at all Brand new fridge the Brevarage center door doesn’t open. It’s on recall by Samsung the freezer door is very hard to close. Don’t buy Bespoke

    Horrible service … a month. For my stove to get delivered!!! Who does that???? Blatant away from buying major appliances from Bestbuy as they will have you waiting and trying to deliver at times that are unacceptable and if you do accept there appointment they still change it to a different time…. So I don’t recommend purchasing anything from this unprofessional retailer…… Any other place but Bestbuy thumbs down

    Delayed back Order

    The refrigerator was on back order for 6 weeks and it appears to have been delayed further. We were advised by staff to wait to schedule delivery in case it came in early. We called after receiving prompts to schedule the delivery and the available appointment is an additional 10 days later.

    I had 3 fail deliveries due to poor planning/communication. I waited every single day and I had to reach out to customer service to be aware that they weren’t going to arrive. The product is in the Warehouse from Caguas.

    Great Addition to our Kitchen

    Aside from a disastrous install, this refrigerator has been really awesome and honestly a lot of fun to use. The AI feature needs some work, but so far it’s been a great new addition to our kitchen.

    Now I love my new fridge. I can listen to music, grocery shop and cook in my kitchen all at the same time. I did have a few issues and now my new refrigerator has to be exchanged
