So far this fridge has been absolutely perfect, As you can see we kept the one white panel and switched out two other colors to match our theme in the kitchen (unfinished). The size is perfect counter depth and the lower fridge drawers are big enough for large vegetables. The Beverage Center is amazing as we infused lots of drinks, we even changed out the infuser they had for a larger one so we could fit more flavor for a concentrate. We have never been fans of low top loading freezers but this has been acceptable and the ice making station is actually quite great with two sizes cubes. We got a set of panels from best buy as total tech members, and we got credit for another set $430 worth from Samsung, so we have multiple color combinations now and we can change when we want.

So far so good! I am thrilled with this refrigerator. My husband has back issues and bending over is difficult. Many of the features make life easier for him, and they also work well for me as I am the person getting groceries and preparing meals. The door in door with water pitcher is perfect. The flavor is great and no more bottled water by the case each week. I also use the pitcher to fill my coffee maker and the cats water bowl. Coffee tastes better and cats love the cold water. My husband can also easily get his canned and bottle drinks without bending over. Juice boxes for children fit perfectly as well. Storage inside is better than expected and the flip shelf comes in extra handy. I was concerned the top shelf was too short, but it holds all those small items that previously got “lost” behind larger items. Love the freezer! Two types of ice and a scoop always in place. A slim ice pack also happens to fit perfectly in that area. The top part keeps the frozen treats my husband and grand children love, and are easy for them to access. Again he doesn’t have to bend way over to get what he needs - and the children can also get what they want themselves.Less “help” needed from me. (Yes, Grandma spoils them with treats but the fruit and yogurts are also within easy reach in the refrigerator door in door) The bottom section also holds a good bit. We do have a second older unit in the basement to assist with extra frozen items, as I tend to purchase in bulk. All things added up, this is the best refrigerator I’ve ever owned, and at my age I’ve been through a good many. I highly recommend it and am now getting the range and dishwasher to match.

I love this fridge so much , not only is it beautiful but it has so much space for food , and its perfect for those who love to keep drinks cold , I love the beverage center very convenient and easy to use , it comes with two sizes of ice which is so cool . Excelent fridge! Im loving the dual ice maker, it made a full batch of ice within 24 hours of set up. The fridge got cold in less than 2 hours. Plenty or storage! The beverage center is a must. One note of caution the fridges width is on the larger side double check you dimensions.

Great refrigerator overall. But it’s awkward to reach down to the bottom of the door on the left to open up the beverage center. And there is not a handle to open that area on the top of the door. We really love the two different sizes of ice and love the auto refill cold water pitcher.

Love this refrigerator! Beverage center is amazing. I love that the water is hidden and the clean look of the front surface. I love the refilling infuser water pitcher, as well. The dual size ice cubes are really handy.

So far, so good. The double ice trays at the bottom are awesome and produce ice quickly. Fridge sometimes makes funky, but quiet, squeak noises. I think it could be from the ice maker, but nothing major or concerning. One thing that we don’t like is that the internal, rotating strip connected to the beverage center door doesn’t always flip when closing. It’s suppose to restrict air from coming out, but if it isn’t triggered we can feel cold air leaking out. It’s annoying to have to keep checking that that part is working properly.

Best fridge I’ve ever owned. The beverage center is ingenious. The dual ice bins with scooper is amazing.

I love this fridge the self refilling pitcher, small and large cube ice machine and the water filter will ruin you for refrigerarors. I didnt want to soend this much when my fridge died but it added everyday luxury that made me very happy with this purchase.

Upgraded during Kitchen overhaul and designed our fridge space especially for this exact item. Ordered it in a package with range, microwave & fridge. Decided Samsung was the right brand and decided on our models so we just had to find the right deal. Contacted a couple large stores (not sure I can mention names but rhymes with Rows & the other one) Talked to some of my friends who had bought from the other places and was told by 2 that they had real issues with their units and had to deal with the manufacturer. Talked to Bestbuy and was told that was not an issue for me there. If there was a problem they would replace or repair no problem if I had their total tech. The rebates & money back for getting the package with total tech lowered the price of total tech by a lot, so once we did the numbers it made the most sense to buy from Bestbuy. The appliances were delivered on time and our house is not easy to haul large pieces in, but they brought them in and set them down so my contractors could install. The Fridge is beautiful. We haven't had an ice maker since our old one broke and we knew we would be upgrading everything. The moment we heard the first cubes hit the tray it was music. 2 different type cubes, steadily being made as they are used. The water jug in the door will save me having to buy bottled water for my coffee machine. Our water is hard and the filter on the jug system takes care of that. Once we got it plugged in and started up the fun of trying to figure out where all the drawers go began. They are wrapped in plastic and also in textured bags to protect them. Had I read the manual my time of putting the pieces where they belong would have been lessened, but I was impressed by the quality of the plastics. I did do the smarthings app and honestly its more gee than whiz. It will tell you to shut the door if it is left open, you can change your freezer and fridge settings but really, its not that big of a deal. Like I said, we'd upgraded from a scratch and dent fridge and this new one is night and day better. My hope is it lasts and doesn't give me any issues, but after having a code on the dishwasher I thought would require a replacement and how easy the tech people were over the issue I have no worries. This is a beautiful piece, I like not having door handles on it, learning how to open the outer door on the left is different, the freezer section is spacious and when set at 0 makes ice cream hard as a rock. might have to raise the temp there a bit. I recommend this one, if anything changes I'll revisit.

Excellent refridgerator! 10 yr compressor warranty is a rarety. For those that dont know, the compressor is first thing usually to go bad. Rarely is it worth the cost and labor to replace. You are usually better off investing in a new fridge. I ordered mine on Samsung.com under the military program. I got a 3 door charchol glass with beverage center with extended warranty, $150 rebate for old fridge, free del, free extra filter and free install for $1660. My 5 year old LG fridge ice and water quit working and one of the copper tubings to the compressor was getting a leak. 1 yr warranty. Stay away from LG. Funny, same LG fridge would have been $1600+ to replace. Instead of one ice and one water, I now have auto fill picture for fruit infuse water, nicer water glass dispenser (removable, cleanable nozzle), better tasting water (like Fugi), 2 kinds of ice that never melt in my Yetti cup and a nice beverage door. Samsung had great delivery people who knew what they were doing. I ordered the smaller fridge 27C U) (counter width)so it would for sure fit thru the door. The delivery guys said although they can remove doors, they prefer not to as a lot of time they dont work when reconnected, just fyi. Although its smaller than my prev fridge, I dont notice it. Nice gallon size jug holder on the right door, sweet beverage only door on the left. Ice cold water and ice keeps stocked. I didnt think I needed 2 kinds of ice, but here we are and I love it. Looks sleek and great, inside and out!

I cannot state how much I love this refrigerator. I was replacing a Samsung refrigerator due to problems with the ice maker and leaking. Initially, I opted for a different brand. I ended up having to return it because the ice maker was awful. Took a chance with this Samsung since the ice maker is different. The ice bin and water being on the inside has been such a bonus- and not something I thought I’d want. But it stays so clean, especially with my hard water. No scale buildup anywhere, especially not where people can see. The pitcher is invaluable. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve used it, and it’s made getting larger amounts of water at once so easy. We primarily use it for refilling our drinking water vessels, our cat fountain, and our coffee pot. But having the option for a regular dispense is also great. The freezer is on the small side, but that’s not a deal breaker. The ice is delicious, and the two types are a nice touch. The smooth front is sleek looking, but there is one thing to note about the doors. We got this size because it is counter-depth. However, our fridge sits inside of an alcove against the outer wall. Because these doors open the way they do, the fridge has to sit forward, essentially cancelling out the counter-depth. It’s not a huge deal to us since our previous fridge also stuck out. It’s still early on in our relationship, but so far, I’m a big fan.

We love our Samsung refridgerator - it has many fun features: 1) The left doos has two openings, one to access a "always full" water picher, water dispenser and place for small commonly used items 2) Two ice trays, one making small ice chuncks and the other large ice chunks 3) Smart - connects to WiFi to alert you on your phone. Uses Google Home to change settings if you want to turn on or off the Ice Maker, Power Cool & and Power Freezer settings 4) Incorporated a Matter hub to you can connect Matter-devices using the smarts in the refridgerator.

Very happy with this refrigerator thus far. It has plenty of space and I especially like the drink door. The two choices of ice is nice too. It has clean lines and no handles so it matches whatever brand you have in other appliances. Only minor complaint I would have it that you cannot open the vegetable drawer without opening both doors of the refrigerator which is a small inconvenience.

Love this refrigerator! The water station is my favorite part! Also fits about 4 decorated cakes. The freezer has the prefect drawer with 2 different types of ice sizes. Love the size for a smaller kitchen area

This is the best refrigerator I shopped for a while to find the one that I was looking for. I love the ice chips they come in two sizes in the freezer which is located on the bottom and the top half has a beverage center where you can drink filtered water and then a carafe that stores it with an infuser for fruit of your choice . Fits perfectly in my kitchen and the installers worked very hard with the complexities and constraints of my kitchen.

Second one we purchased. We moved and within 3 days ordered this refrigerator again! Love the water and ice maker!

Read all the reviews on fridges and it seems like none of them are built like they used to be. I ended up with this fridge as I have a small space in my kitchen and this was the best option that would fit. The beverage center was worth the extra few bucks as it make getting water and drinks super easy. It’s quiet, holds way more than my last fridge and the bottom freezer with the two different ice cube styles is huge. The open door alert is kind of annoying but I like the app which will alert me if there’s any temperature spikes and can control most of the fridge settings from there. Absolutely made the right choice but we’ll see how it holds up.
