Love this refrigerator. The only flaw is that you have to open both doors to open the bottom fruit or vegetable drawers, other than that it is a great design and has tons of storage. The automatic ice water pitcher is a great design as is the ice maker. Very happy with this item and I would recommened

We love this refrigerator. We've inherited a very old refrigerator from the previous home owner and thought it was time to upgrade. This one was perfect! Great internal layout, the water tasted really fresh (really glad we got the one with the beverage center -- well worth it!), and it just made the kitchen much more appealing. Had a minor dent on delivery but TotalTech fixed it all. I love that you can replace individual panels. Awesome, Best Buy!

This is the best fridge I have ever owned! The auto filling water price is awesome and you can’t beat the nugget ice maker!

Looks beautiful, with just a couple of issues. The bottom freezer drawer doesn’t always close all the way and you are not notified with a beep or in app alert. Also, the fridge itself isn’t deep. Love the drink portion and water picture. Also, love the two different types of ice. It does show fingerprints bad but you can easily wipe them down.

Bought for my first home and so far I love it. It cools items really quickly such as sparkling water and wine. I frequently cook also noticed that my produce lasts longer in the designated storage areas within the fridge. The beverage center is an absolute convenience and the way it’s positioned in the fridge does not take up space.

The fridge is fine, but it came with a significant dent in skin. First set date for evaluation. Then waited for the repair date. The repair person came with a dented skin replacement. The repair person was very nice and helpful but We had to set another date in two weeks. I don’t mind having the repair but appointments interrupt our life. Each time there’s a repair we have to spend the day waiting for repair person either in the morning or in the afternoon. Our time and day is impacted each time an appointment is made.

So in love with this fridge, especially the beverage center! Great functionality and looks great as well.

The refrigerator is my favorite ever for functionality and appearance. Easy access to the interior drink shelf. Delightful two-sizes of ice cubes. Truly a delight visually and to use. I explored for two years, and I'm glad this was my final choice.

Good Points: attractive design; layout of space within the refrigerator is very efficient; feels larger than our last fridge even though it is the same volume Bad Points: after 3 months of use the ice maker has stopped making the small sized ice cubes. We're now trying to diagnose this and thus far don't have a fix. Not what you want to deal 3 months after a big purchase like this. Another design issue is a flap between the two side-by-side refrigerator doors. It needs to pivot shut in order to create a good air seal and keep the cold air within the fridge. This doesn't always happen depending on how the doors are closed, so it's an added usage issue that we need to watch for. We've also had several instances of lots of frosting forming in the lower freezer drawer, which might be related to this issue. Overall - not the easy and reliable operation we were hoping for.

Fridge still works well, however left side door seal gets stuck and have to mainly check it is closing otherwise nice fridge

Not having door handles is taking a while to get used to Great storage

This is our first French door refrigerator. It is just ok not wow. The stainless steel gets very very dirty without door handles as you are always pushing it shut with your hand. Also wish the water dispenser had a way to measure what you use. Finally the refrigerator doesn’t really hold more than a side by side and the freezer is small because the cutesy ice machine takes up quite a bit of room. With ice through the door you aren’t touching the scoop and moving the shelves with you hand so it is cleaner. Not a bad fridge just not that great. Just make sure you get handles or you will be constantly cleaning your fridge doors!

I am pleased with the refrigerator for the most part. Enjoying the beverage center and the two types of ice. My dislike is the door shelves that are not quite as user friendly or practical as many. There is no room for things like salad dressing and other condiments to fit on the door. If you use the spot for milk, the gallon juice has to take up shelf space.

I loved the auto fill pitcher and the beverage center. But they literally brought me 2 of these and they were both defective. By the 3rd replacement, I just switched brands.
