PRO: There is minimal noise and it looks stylish. CONS: the beverage center door must be opened from below between the actual door and the freezer. I am 5'6 and feel like I need to put alot of effort into this to postion my arm reach lower. So may be if you are 5'2? the postioning of the lever would be great. Also the upper corners that come together are not perfectly aligned and we cannot seem to get them right. This refrigerator like the other Bespokes does not close on its own-- it has to be pushed closed, so if you have a young child not trained to close the door the alarm will be constantly on.

Samsung Fridge- Door issue

Looked good and seemed to work well but we had an issue with the left door not staying open which was a nuisance when putting in groceries or taking things out. Had a technician come out to try and repair but was unsuccessful. I see online there seems to be a known issue for this. Will be returning. Also, the beverage center is small so you can fit a few water bottles but mostly everything else has to be short like can size.

Attractive but not Versatile

While I really like the look, it doesn’t offer much in shelf level options and the bottom right hand drawer does not open unless both doors are open. It’s also difficult to roll out from the wall to clean under it which I’ve never encountered with any other refrigerator I’ve ever owned.

As don’t like that bottom drawers can’t be opened unless you open both doors. Am mixed with no handles like this but don’t like having finger prints all over. I am now going on 3 weeks with nothing fixed! This is ridiculous! Not a happy member! I will think twice before ordering from BB again!

The day the product was supposed to be delivered, I was told it had not been shipped to their store for delivery. It took another week for it to come. The refrigerator is very nice. The counter depth model fits well in to our space. The stainless steel model looks clean and well done. So much space inside. I we love the big and little ice dispenser. The Samsungs are wonderful

Always cleaning the fridge doors

The stainless steel gets very very dirty without door handles as you are always pushing it shut with your hand. Also wish the water dispenser had a way to measure what you use. Finally the refrigerator doesn’t really hold more than a side by side and the freezer is small because the cutesy ice machine takes up quite a bit of room. With ice through the door you aren’t touching the scoop and moving the shelves with you hand so it is cleaner. Not a bad fridge just not that great. Just make sure you get handles or you will be constantly cleaning your fridge doors!

Need better repair appointment process

First set date for evaluation. Then waited for the repair date. The repair person came with a dented skin replacement. The repair person was very nice and helpful but We had to set another date in two weeks. I don’t mind having the repair but appointments interrupt our life. Each time there’s a repair we have to spend the day waiting for repair person either in the morning or in the afternoon. Our time and day is impacted each time an appointment is made.

But they literally brought me 2 of these and they were both defective. By the 3rd replacement, I just switched brands.

What we do not like, the left door has a piece (that should act like an air curtain to prevent the inside air from coming out of the door seams), and it constantly 'sticks' and does not close properly. The first few days we didn't recognize this and we had condensation building up outside the doors. This has been an ongoing issue, which we are trying to resolve currently. Also, we hate that we didn't realize the stainless steel is not fingerprint resistant.

Great fridge - broken ice maker not so much.

While it is actually cooling, less than 3 days into ownership the nugget ice maker has stopped working. Geek Squad is coming next week but it's disappointing that a brand new fridge (second Samsung) has this unnecessary problem. I really want to love this fridge so hopefully next week is the end of my problems.
