I'm sometimes not easily impressed, but there is a lot to love about this fridge. I chose it for several reasons: 1) The swappable panels. I loved the idea of changing up the look if I wanted to down the road. Furthermore, should a panel get damage (see below), it can be replaced easily for a fraction of the cost of an entire refrigerator. 2) French door design is very nice to give you easy access to refrigerator, and the drawer freezer I like too. This format just works. 3) Beverage Center, I honestly could have probably lived without the beverage center, but it's a cool factor. What's better still? Even if you don't opt for the beverage center, you still get the really cool water pitcher! 4) Two Ice options - It's great to have two ice options and they're a scoop away, while keeping the front of the fridge sleek and modern. 5) Attraction design, looks really sharp in my new kitchen. The only disappointment was the Best Buy guys left the fridge a little too close to my counters, so it put a little chip and dent in one of the panels when both them and myself opened it the first few times, until I pulled it out, so that it would no longer hit. It's a lot of money to have a ding in your fridge, but thankfully I can replace the panel for $130, since it's the bespoke with interchangeable panels. I also felt this was the best value of the bespoke models. You don't really need the model with the flex drawer (unless you have a specific use case), and the 4 door flex model is nice, but starts to get expensive. In person, this model is just as beautiful, so I felt it was a great option. Overall, recommended fridge.

Very happy with Samsung refrigerator. Glad we chose this model, it works out for our family. Love that the freezer drops two sizes of ice.

Doors show every finger prints and hard to wipe clean. Less freezer area than my old smaller refrigerator. But I like other features of refrigerator and beverage center

So far, so good. The double ice trays at the bottom are awesome and produce ice quickly. Fridge sometimes makes funky, but quiet, squeak noises. I think it could be from the ice maker, but nothing major or concerning. One thing that we don’t like is that the internal, rotating strip connected to the beverage center door doesn’t always flip when closing. It’s suppose to restrict air from coming out, but if it isn’t triggered we can feel cold air leaking out. It’s annoying to have to keep checking that that part is working properly.

Great refrigerator overall. But it’s awkward to reach down to the bottom of the door on the left to open up the beverage center. And there is not a handle to open that area on the top of the door. We really love the two different sizes of ice and love the auto refill cold water pitcher.

Great fridge! But beware the thick doors if you have a countertop or doorway that might be tight. The fridge is lovely and feels like a really nice product - quality is good! We sadly had to return it because They don’t include the door opening measurements on Best Buy’s website - Hoping the next one we order will fit.

Refrigerator is good - different configuration than previous model we had. So, taking some time adapting to it. Wish the water dispenser was on the outside. And freezer door hard to pull out with ice dispenser on top shelve. And unit sits low, so have to avoid hitting my feet when pulling out freezer door. But for the price, it is acceptable.

Love the fridge BUT if your floor is not level, good luck getting the french doors to line up so the flap opens and closes as needed to seal the fridge. HOWEVER - RESOLVED by removing the plastic piece in top center (two screws) added a couple washers behind it and reinstalled - problem solved level or not.

Very happy with this refrigerator thus far. It has plenty of space and I especially like the drink door. The two choices of ice is nice too. It has clean lines and no handles so it matches whatever brand you have in other appliances. Only minor complaint I would have it that you cannot open the vegetable drawer without opening both doors of the refrigerator which is a small inconvenience.

Love this refrigerator! The water station is my favorite part! Also fits about 4 decorated cakes. The freezer has the prefect drawer with 2 different types of ice sizes. Love the size for a smaller kitchen area

I love this fridge! The beverage center is fabulous with the automatic refill pitcher! Perfect! It's quite roomy and looks so clean and crisp with no handles. My only complaint is that the white glass is not really white but it matches my backsplash so I can live with it. It really is a lovely product. Hoping it lasts for years!

I love the look of this fridge. I got the pink glass panels and I couldn’t be happier. The beverage center has to be my favorite part of this fridge. I can grab something quick without opening the whole thing. What I do wish is that you could open either main door independently and not the right then left door. I also wish the freezer had a little more room but I am happy with it

I am very pleased with this fridge. I really like the color panels. I chose the morning blue and clementine glass panels very easily to insert. This is the counter depth, so the capacity is not big, but it works for me because it's a second fridge. So far very quiet not using the ice maker or water dispenser no water line as of yet.

Looks great, features we wanted, easy to see what's inside, wish it was bigger but need a counter depth so that's the trade off. Only reason not a 5star - really rotten user documentation unless you download the user manual from the website - no real "quick start guide"

This isn’t for a big family , but I do like it , I got it for the beverage center an I do love that part an the two different ice cubes, it doesn’t have a lot of room in the freezer so if you need a lot of room in that area I don’t recommend this , we have to have deep freeze to be able to have room , but we buy a lot of large things from Sam’s ,

Nice design. I really like the Beverage Center which is why I rated it a 4. Features that need improving, not all pull out open without having to open both doors. Doors on refrigerator don't close with a gentle push. You need to manually push them shut. Finally, looks good new, but the quality looks questionable for the long term.

My husband and I chose this fridge for our new home. We like that it's a nice size for a medium sized kitchen but it is still stylish and modern. The features work great, cools fast, and having the beverage center is a plus for our family. On the other side, we feel that it's a bit bulky for the actual inside storage space. Overall, it's a great fridge.

I have had this about a month, and am reasonably happy. Love the freezer drawer, and the clean lines. Am learning to open the handle-less doors. Only real frustration is that if I open the right door and want to access the produce drawer, I have to open the left door also. Also getting accustomed to having to open the door and access the water. Like that the filter is accessible!! Like the two configurations of ice, but would be nice if ice dispensed with the water. These are mostly adjustments compared to my prior model, imagine I will get used to the differences in time.

A refrigerator isn't something you would buy often, and for me was a large purchase. Our family is very satisfied with this refrigerator, this is our first with the freezer at the bottom which we are still getting used to. The refrigerator part is fantastic so far, so much space inside. I only wish we had slightly more options to move the shelves around. The beverage center is pretty cool, for me personally I think we could have just gotten the model with the pitcher(I love the pitcher!!) but my wife enjoys dispensing water from the push button. My biggest issue with the beverage center is that there isn't a button to open on the top, I am 6ft and its a little bit of a pain to open. Freezer space is enough for us. We absolutely love the ice cubes, the ice bites and regular is such a huge plus. In the future, its nice to know we can just exchange a panel if one was dented. I would recommend this product.

Great features but inconvenient. We aren't used to the French door style of refrigerator, so it's taking a little getting used to. You have to open both fresh food doors to see everything and since the handles are at the top of the doors it doesn't seem like a natural motion to reach to the top of the refrigerator with both arms, especially for my wife who is only 5'2". We have to open one door and then reach again to open the other door. We would be happier with a refrigerator with handles on the doors. But we really like the beverage center and we only have to open one door for it. We chose the stainless steel door panels to go with our other kitchen appliances, so the options for other colors didn't add any value for us, but if you want a more decorator look, this Samsung Bespoke can't be beat without going super high end. The delivery and set-up by Best Buy was top notch.
