    Do not buy a Samsung refrigerator

    Our Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling completely on June 12th. A service tech confirmed on June 16th that it was the sealed parts (likely the compressor) and that it would need to be replaced. The fridge was less than three years old! It took from June 12 though July 25 and counting, I still don’t have the refund. Being without a fridge for weeks and weeks is unmanageable for a family. The process took too long, what should have been one engaged customer service agent asking me for the information needed was a text, my quick response, days and days awaiting Samsungs response, then another text and repeating the cycle. Finally on June 26 I spoke with someone from Samsung who said it was unacceptable to be without a fridge for so long and that they would be issuing a refund asap. At that time I ordered a new fridge taking on the debit. But I still don’t have the money as of today and yet I have a credit card payment due. I strongly believe if I hadn’t spent hours and hours chasing Samsung down I would not get the refund at all. I clocked 3.5 hours one Saturday with their online ‘support’. This process seems set up to outlast the customer so they do not to have to honor the warranty. This has been a very frustrating process and I do not recommend buying from Samsung.

    After owning a bespoke already and liking it, I decided to purchase this one for my grandma. 2 weeks after delivery (almost to the hour), entire fridge died. Since I was still under manufacture warranty, Samsung sent their technician out who determine the fans and compressor were fully dead and needed to be replaced. He let me know that he has 7 other customers with the same issues with their Bespokes. Because I was still under the warranty period, I immediately called Best Buy to return it (which they were great about). Unfortunately, my own bespoke started having compressor issues a month after returning my grandmas, and I can’t say I can vouch for them anymore

    They are back logged on this item by 3 months. They dont tell you that until you have made the final purchase. You will receive a text message days later rescheduling your appointment for a later delivery date. So disappointing!

    I tough I will love the handless free but I’m not ! The doors are always full of finger prints !
