    Good looking but vegetables rot quickly

    It's a fine refrigerator, if you don't eat fresh vegetables. Keeps things cold, it looks nice on the outside with clean design, and I like the auto-fill pitcher and "beverage center." [To hear from more people like me, You can google "Vegetables going bad sooner in new Samsung refrigerator".] I thought refrigerators must have gotten better in the last 20 years (our last GE was 20 yo), but apparently not. Our last fridge kept things cold, AND greens didn't rot in less than a week. In short, this fridge doesn't give any extra humidity to the "Crisper+" drawer, and there is no way to adjust the humidity (which needs to be higher to keep vegetables fresh). I really wish I hadn't spent almost $3K on something that's worse than a 20 year-old fridge. It has an app to make it "connected" but that's useless, other than adjusting the overall temperature and turning some features (ice maker/auto-fill pitcher) On/Off, which can be accomplished with the buttons inside the fridge. A Samsung-contracted technician came to look at it, but he said it's working as it should, and can't be made better. TL;DR: No, I don't recommend it.

    2 years and it stopped working

    loved the look and size of this until it stopped working after 2 years. Also, a piece didn't work when received. I purchased the protection plan for 3 years and they cancelled my policy when they delivered a new fridge without my knowledge and now 2 year later...no fridge...no policy I will not purchase. from best buy again. I do not recommend them or their unethical practices.

    Product is fine....delivery installation was a nightmare from pac sales and bins etc i had to set up w/o instruction where to place each in fridge doors

    Refrigerator is nice except open door alarm. Unable to disable alarm. Wish there were more options to customize shelving inside of the refrigerator.

      The only alarm you can turn off on the fridge is the "water filter replacement alarm." Please see the "Alarms" section of the user's manual on page 42 for reference.

    Ordered fridge and panel installation. Fridge came with no panels. When I called we realized in store rep never ordered the actual panels. Now after paying another $482 for panels have to wait another month for them to get here
