    The look of this fridge is sleek and the beverage center is awesome. It almost doesn’t feel like it fits as much as my old double door fridge. The glass shelves seem a little thin and seem to kind of dip down when you put stuff on them. I do like the 4 crisper drawers. The freezer seems hard to fit as much stuff in with the top slider shelf. The two types of ice is awesome.

    Needed to replace our 13 y/o counter height unit. Never liked the cramped space inside. This unit is a better design. No exterior handles take time to getting used to. But the extra space is wonderful. The dual ice system is a nice feature. And although there is no access outside, an ingeniously designed third door makes getting water a snap.

    Love my fridge so much !! The space is perfect for what we have as a family of 4 ! Love how it has small sections on the door for the kids can reach there snacks !

    This is a great refrigerator! The pitcher in the beverage center is a game changer. I love everything about this fridge. Having two types of ice is amazing and there is plenty of space. I am thankful that I picked this refrigerator.

    I will try to make this review quick. We have had the fridge for 1 full year now, and we loved everything about it. It looks really slick and modern and is really functional, and my favorite thing is having the auto-filling water pitcher. Unfortunately, a couple of months ago, water started accumulating underneath the drawers in the fridge. After some troubleshooting, we found the culprit. The small ice cube maker kept backing up, causing water to pool into the fridge. The only way to resolve the issue was to turn off the smaller ice cube maker, unless we wanted to pay for service to fix the issue on our still almost new fridge. This is the second Samsung appliance to screw us over, we will never buy one again

    I have been waiting for this fridge for 3 months now. The delivery date has been rescheduled 3 times. Each time it is rescheduled, it is right before the expected delivery day. Every time I call, the person I talk to is unable to help me nor able to transfer me to anyone that can help me. I’ve been told that it’s been escalated and that someone will call me back within 24 hours. This has been the instance twice, and still, no call back. They tell me it’s an issue with the manufacturer, however Samsung sends me emails almost every other day promoting this fridge and “next day shipping”. So why is it an issue to get Samsung to send this fridge to Best Buy to send to me? Especially when people are posting reviews about getting this fridge within the timeframe I’ve been waiting for it. I’m told I can cancel the order and get something comparable, however I’ve already waited 3 months for this fridge and I got it on sale so the cost I get back will not cover purchasing through Samsung. I feel I need to post a review in order to get some answers. Hopefully someone with Best Buy will see this and will be able to help me in this very frustrating situation.
