    Failed Delivery x 2, bad customer service after

    We had 2 failed deliveries. On both occasions, the fridge was damaged before arrival to my home. I talked with customer service who offered a promotion for same fridge new out of the box but didn’t reach an agreement. I told them to cancel order and refund the money. Nothing. I went on the app and cancelled the order. It says to wait “48 hours” it’s been months… please remove this charge off of my Best Buy credit card. I have been a loyal customer for years and this really makes me reconsider. This has been ridiculous to deal with

    2 years and it stopped working

    loved the look and size of this until it stopped working after 2 years. Also, a piece didn't work when received. I purchased the protection plan for 3 years and they cancelled my policy when they delivered a new fridge without my knowledge and now 2 year later...no fridge...no policy I will not purchase. from best buy again. I do not recommend them or their unethical practices.

    Very poorly made, i had it 4 days and returned it. Looks nice, but too many issues from the start. Much better options for far less money.

    I have barely had my new refrigerator less than 2 months and already both doors on top are not sealed properly they don't close tightly and the drink door opens but you have to lift to close and it gets stuck to other and won't open separately I am so disspointed in Best Buy with how many times I have had repairs on all my Samsung appliance and now I have a new one that is alreay needing to have a repair. I do not understand why I can not get a good quality product at Best Buy as much as I love the design its just not looking good to already have a repair this soon of purchase. This just makes me feel this will be a continuing issue as this has to be a manufactor in this product.

    I hate this fridge. You can’t push it back. If you do the doors won’t open. Just a terrible design. I wish I could return it. If you buy a counter depth one make sure it is free standing with no walls or a frame around it.

    Damaged on arrival needed replacement. Also wasn’t show. How to replace the bespoke panels. Panels on frige had dents and only need new panel not whole frige.
