Ordered it about a week and a half ago along with a dishwasher. Never got a delivery date and when I called to ask they said they don’t know when they’ll be in or when they would be delievered. Changed it to in store pickup which will be a pain to move the stuff myself but at least I got a date for things to come in. Dishwasher was supposed to show up 4 days ago… didn’t come in and don’t know when it will be. See if the fridge shows up next Tuesday like it’s supposed to. Sucks to pay 3 grand for stuff and not have it and have no idea when I’m going to get it. If it wasn’t for the kindness of the people at my actual store I would have canceled already but I’m about ready to cancel my order and just go somewhere else.

The flexibility of the lower freezer is convenient too.

We resolved the misunderstanding and we got the fridge we wanted. Love this smart fridge!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this refrigerator and must exchange it for a new one, because the internal temperatures rise and fall between 32 and 44 degrees in the freezer. The other refrigerator compartments also rise and fall in temperature. We love the size and storage capacity of this model with the two upper French doors on the top half. The door on the bottom left is a dedicated freezer, and the bottom door on the right you can either make it a "freezer" or another "refrigerator section" (hence the Flex Zone). Sometimes things break even when brand new, So we will give them a second chance to make good on their product. And I will re-post my comments after I get my second unit.

Not working - as another review

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We recently remodeled our kitchen to accommodate a larger refrigerator, and after extensive research, we were thrilled to find this Samsung model that seemed to meet all our needs. Unfortunately, upon delivery and installation, the temperature fluctuated significantly between 38-40 degrees, just like another reviewer mentioned. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed. We contacted Best Buy immediately and were initially informed that a replacement would arrive the following Monday. However, the next day, we received an email stating the new fridge wouldn't arrive until Thursday, leaving us without a refrigerator for nearly a week. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we politely requested an extended warranty. Disappointingly, Best Buy refused, stating they were unable to do so. While we understand things happen, it's difficult to have confidence in a product that malfunctions on day one, especially considering its price point. We've always enjoyed Samsung products, and while we appreciate the initial promise of a quick replacement, we believe Best Buy could have demonstrated greater flexibility and customer service in this situation. We hope they reconsider their stance and strive to regain our confidence.
