    The first refrigerator did not work. Had to wait a week for another one to be delivered. Meanwhile our food we put in the first refrigerator went bad and they didn’t give us replacement cost for our spoiled food. Plus the new refrigerator only came with one ice scooper. Not happy with Best Buy service

    Not made for talk people. 6'3 and getting ice is such a headache. You have to get in the floor to pull the ice rack and use it. Or anything from the lower portion as is goes into the fridge

    Are they kidding? Lol! They blew us off on the delivery! 100% just wasted our time and didn't even let us know they would not be coming! Just rescheduled it and thought we would be ok with it. We were not. No one had even called us to try and make it right. Never purchase from Best Buy.

    BB still hasnt installed

    Refrigerator still isn't installed, so I cannot properly review it. I ordered this refrigerator and it was dropped off by the crew saying that they werent the ones who could install it, so it was ropped off into my garage. A week later another crew came out complaining about how long their day was and claimed to have a paperwork issue that wouldnt allow them to install it. I have had the refrigerator for 2 week now. It sits in my garage looking beautiful but not actually functional. If you are going to buy it, dont go through Best Buy.

    Love the fridge, but the customer service that dragged on inexplicably from Oct 15? Through Oct 25th, multiple times daily was brutal. To the point I have to file a reimbursement claim.

    Damaged when delivered,you would think it would have been checked out prior to delivery. Old refrigerator had to be unloaded and then items put back into the refrigerator

    Like the sleek stainless steel design and versatile Flex Zone which we love it and provides us with additional storage. It maintains steady temperature, the auto fill water pitcher and beverage center along with Energy Star certification add convenience and efficiency. Haven’t experienced any issue with ice maker. Had a better deal in Best Buy compared to others and delivery was on time and perfectly installed. Overall happy with the product.
