Really good fridge. Like the features and it's classy

Nice fridge, but ice maker sucks. It broke down within days of a new purchase. Tech came in and replace sensor and motherboard, now one side does not work. Ask to call over and over, but no solution

They messed up this whole delivery. The fridge is great. Best Buy is not. I would not wish Best Buy customer service on my worst enemy. I would never want anyone to deal with the stress of ordering a fridge and having it delivered to your house, only for Best Buy to mess that up OVER THE COURSE OF 2 MONTHS.....

I went to the Eau Claire on May 26, 2014 to order my dream refrigerator the 4 door. I wanted the counter depth, I make it very clear to the Clerk who ordered it. "I must have the counter depth for it to fit through my house door! I ordered my beautiful counter depth frig and was talked into a member ship for 49.00. Then I was given a 300 gift certificate, but I must use it on my next purchase.. I told her, I didn't need to buy anything else. She gave it to me and put it in my wallet. So delivery was set up for June 3rd, I had to remove 2 cabinets and a countertop to make room for the refrigerator. I also had to put in a water line for it. When the delivery team arrived, I looked at the refrig which was inside a cardboard box. I imediately noticed the size of the refig was not the counter depth that I requested. The refrig was never removed from the truck, it was the wrong order. I asked for a refund and then called the next day for the refund status. I was told that the refrig had not been processed and it was on the truck. I was told to call back. I called later and asked for a refund on everything. I wanted a 0 balance on my newly opened best buy credit card so that I could reorder. On the july 4th sale I attempted to order my Bespoke counter depth again. I was told that my card was over the limit, the refrig had not yet been returned and I didn't have a 0 balance. So frustrated I call best buy and was told that the 300 free gift card was not free, that I was charged 300.0 for it. I didnt have the gift card, I had thrown it out along with my frustration and disappointment. I got a notice from the Best Buy credit card company, asking for a payment, that I was in collections. I made a dispute which can take a long time for a resolution. I called to have the gift card replaced and was told it would be mailed to me but it never was. My next step it filling a complaint with the federal trade commision. I dont deserve this incompentence!!!!

Overall, good refrigerator; however, two weeks later I am still struggling to get the ice maker to work!

Not worth the hassle.

Refrigerator never cooled off. Freezer worked fine. Samsung customer service was good, but it has taken nearly a month to get resolved. No service available in our area.
