    Double Door freezer is a game changer! Being able to pull out items with ease is great. Love the technology in this fridge - it's a huge fridge but worth it!

    Love the new refrigerator! The drink door is very convenient to grab waters and quick snacks for the kids, plus they love the interactive display

    Space is great…camera functionality was subpar and not clear that you would be able to se the entire refrigerator. Ice maker is it fast and does not make much ice to begin with. Nownscreen does not work at all or even turn on. Needs some Work!

    This refrigerator is complete GARBAGE. Do yourself a favor and just do not buy it. I had read reviews, but I ignored them, thinking people were just not tech-savvy. Not the case! While this is gimmicky, the real problem is that the refrigerator is full of bugs and, honestly, is a complete waste of money. We purchased the refrigerator on July 1, and by September, we were already having MAJOR issues. The wifi keeps popping on and off, and I have tried everything. I googled it, and it seems many other users have this same issue, and nobody can get it fixed. I have an almost $5000 overpriced refrigerator. I will NEVER buy another Samsung refrigerator, and I highly recommend that you do not either.

    Delivery problems

    We placed a large order for our new home—delivery and installation included. On delivery day, they showed up, dumped the product at our front door like they couldn’t care less, and left without installing anything. Absolutely pathetic customer service. They gave me every excuse in the book—“it won’t fit,” “we don’t want to risk it”—but in the end, I got sick of the back-and-forth. After wasting 30 minutes arguing, I managed to bring everything inside MYSELF. So don’t tell me it wouldn’t fit. That’s a flat-out lie. What makes it worse? I went through one of their so-called “experts” to place the order. And now? They’ve ghosted me—no replies to calls, no response to emails. I’ve used Best Buy for years, both personally and for my business, but this was the final straw. I’m done. I’ll never use Best Buy again. I hope others don’t waste their time and energy like I did. Save yourself the frustration.

    Tracking refund check

    If I could give a zero I would. I have yet to receive my refund on my refrigerator. It is a $3,000 check that has been more than 5 to 7 days after it was resubmitted a second time by Mo at the Best Buy in the Forum San Antonio. My frustration with this company is the inability to speak with a live person to resolve my issue by tracking the check that was supposed to be issued to me. I would never purchase anything from Best Buy.

    Poor replacement ser

    My refrigerator is damage since day 1 it does not cool so it can be use. I ask for replacement and it is delay at this time im still without refrigerator. Waiting for replacement June 12
