Totally unacceptable, and Best Buy's unwillingness to work with me to come to a viable alternative solution is nothing short of negligence. Best Buy could have worked with me to provide me alternatives so we would have a refrigerator in our new home. But instead, they did nothing and now have lost me as a customer. There are many purchases for my new home that I was planning on buying at Best Buy, now I will be looking to make these purchases anywhere but Best Buy.

I had read reviews, but I ignored them, thinking people were just not tech-savvy. Not the case! While this is gimmicky, the real problem is that the refrigerator is full of bugs and, honestly, is a complete waste of money. We purchased the refrigerator on July 1, and by September, we were already having MAJOR issues. The wifi keeps popping on and off, and I have tried everything. I googled it, and it seems many other users have this same issue, and nobody can get it fixed. I have an almost $5000 overpriced refrigerator. I will NEVER buy another Samsung refrigerator, and I highly recommend that you do not either.
