Love the design, plenty of storage on top. Freezer separated. No lights on below freezer, only thing I don't like.

Admittedly, we did NOT read the fine print properly, so I failed to order the custom panels at the same time. I simply didn't think about what the "default" look would be, Fridge came in and the GS guys were a little nervous when they unpacked it - this was the first one they had opened. As you'd guess, it was pretty ugly because it looked like it wasn't "finished" because the door panels were missing. The Fridge itself is G.L.O.R.I.O.U.S. I know it's a fair amount of money, and lord knows I've had some crappy refrigerators in my lifetime, but this one is so nice. Roomy, Bright, well appointed with organization. The beverage center is super cool for a quick drink of cold, filtered water and the Freezer section is wonderful. Ice-maker with big and small ice, pull out drawers, bins, shelves...love.it. We got the doors about 3 weeks later - so that was kind of too bad, but the GS dudes came right back out - popped them in and it looks beautiful. Geek Squad was great, Price was good...very very happy. If you can...treat yourself. You deserve a fantastic refrigerator.

It is absolutely gorgeous! It’s very functional and has so many options. If I want extra cold soda for a party, I can turn one ☝️ f the freezer sections into a fridge by the push of a button! It’s beautiful and super easy to clean since it’s glass. I absolutely love my beverage center and the auto fill pitcher is a lot more convenient than I thought it would be! You will not be disappointed with this fridge!

So far I am a huge fan. It fits my needs perfectly. I have been wanting a french door refrigerator, but im not a huge fan if the bottom drawer style. I dont need very much freezer space so I only use one the decicated freezer space and the rest for to refrigerate. The flex space works well and is easy to adapt on the fly for whatever I am using it for. I'm not a huge fan of the ice dispensers. If you don't take the time to pull the ice forward in the drawer it won't fill the whole tray. It wouldn't be very convienient to use if you need ice often. It seems to refill ice fast enough. I don't use ice very often so it was already a low priority for me. It works about the way I would have expected too when inbought it, buy its worth mentioning. The water pitcher and water dispenser work great, and I use the pitcher much more that I initially thought I would The panels are a little flimsy, so if they are installed incorrectly they can be bent pretty easily. That happened on my initial delivery and I had to get them replaced.

Obsessed with this fridge! It's absolutely gorgeous and every detail is very well thought out. Storage is plentiful and just the perfect size for everything. They thought about every detail when designing this thing and we couldn't be happier. The ice maker is a little slow to start (took a couple days to fill the bins after installation) but now it pumps out plenty of ice in both sizes and is able to keep up with a home that consumes a lot of ice in their beverages in the Texas heat. We've only had this fridge for about a month but we are thrilled with it so far

I bought this fridge initially because I wanted 4 French doors instead of a pull out freezer. I was tired of having to dig through the freezer drawer to find things. After having the fridge now for about a year I absolutely love it! It has a lot of space, the drink door is awesome and the freezer was exactly what I wanted. The only bad thing on this fridge is the ice maker. The way the ice maker is designed lacks a little bit. It has two ice bins that you have to scoop the ice out of. The problem is, is that when you scoop the ice out it forces ice to fall behind the drawers and into the shelve below which makes you have to scoop ice out of the freezer often. HOWEVER, this ice machine is a beast and makes ice extremely fast so that outweighs the issue in my opinion. A+ for this product!

We ordered this refrigerator in mid-May. After several cancelled delivery appointments, this refrigerator was finally delivered last week (7/29) without the glass panels. The panels won't be delivered for another two weeks. We are struggling with getting the water dispenser to fill glasses and the included pitcher at correct rate but other than that this refrigerator works very well. The water flow problem may be due to old water line that may need to be flushed. The water line that comes with the fridge wasn't long enough to reach our reverse osmosis system in the basement. Really like the flexibility and interior design and capacity. Up to date technology is good. We won't be using the wifi but others may find it useful. Freezer and flex compartments are roomy and truly hold a lot of food.

Love how clean this fridge looks. I see a lot of people have problems with the auto fill pitcher and we did as well. We found that putting fruit in the container left a film on the container and made the auto fill sensor think it was full all the time. Definitely works more reliable if you don’t put fruit in the infuser. Other than that zero complaints. We got white which matches our cabinets and doubles as a huge dry erase board for notes and shopping lists.

We can’t say enough good things about this fridge. I see everyone talking about the new Cafe series, but no one talking about this! We get LOADS of compliments every time someone comes over. I saw some complaints about the auto fill pitcher being finnicky but we’ve had no problems and use it constantly. They place it in such a good location too, our 7 year old has no problem reaching it to get himself a glass of water. The dispenser beside it is great - No problem fitting even the biggest water bottles or cups under like other fridges. It’s really a beautiful fridge, and I love that we can customize the look without buying a whole new appliance if we ever decide to change the color scheme of our kitchen. I’m in love with the flex zone - we always used to run out of room for produce but didn’t need a huge freezer area as we have a stand up freezer in the garage for bulk grocery items. This completely solved that problem. We have tons of room for produce and can put our son’s snacks on the bottom so he can reach them as he pleases and feel independent by not having to ask for assistance. Also an honorable mention: THE TINY ICE!!!!! I love the tiny ice for my iced coffee. I no longer feel the need to buy an Opal. I also love that they included an ice scoop, just a really nice touch. I love love love this fridge and can’t recommend it enough. So sleek.

Much better than I had hoped for. The beverage center is very convenient and the dual ice maker is a nice touch. The water set up is much nicer than the in door unit on my previous fridge. Can’t wait to get some custom colored door panels to match our cabinets. My previous was rated at 28 cu ft and this one is 29 cf, but the size difference seems much greater than that. The lack of an in- door ice dispenser means way more space in the fridge section where the ice maker would normally be. Just a better design. The Flex Zone is nice also as it give us more fridge space if we need it. The door panels don’t show fingerprints and there are no chrome areas on the doors unlike our previous fridge which showed every smudge and constantly needed cleaning. Overall very happy with this fridge

Love it! Love it! Love it! I've always been a big fan of Samsung appliances, and this one did not disappoint. I love the 4-french doors with the flex option. Lot's of room with deep shelves. The beverage center is my favorite with a pitcher of water always full. Choice of ice cubes and ice bites. All on wifi to keep track of status, and it's compatible with my Samsung TV. Would've loved the Hub Center, but wasn't available in the colors we needed.

So far we love this fridge. Lots of space. Our favorite feature is the ice. The beverage center is great.

BEAUTIFUL PrODUCT! It would not fit into my space give that I have a wall on the right side that does not allow the clearance needed to open the right hand doors. I was so disappointed.

I love this refrigerator. It's so sleek and modern. It does what a fridge should. I love the beverage center and the option to have a section of the fridge as fridge or freezer. It an so very happy with this appliance! I look forward to changing the panels too. But that's way on the future. I love the navy blue glass.

We've had this fridge for a month and am happy with it. Ice maker is convenient enough and my family uses the lower right section as an extra drinks fridge that frees up a lot of space up top. I do wish there was more "tall space" in the main fridge area, but the collapsing shelf is pretty good. We ordered the beverage center and hardly use the pitcher, but the spout is used constantly. Install crew was professional and actually called to install early (Houston based.) With 72" height clearance the hinges barely fit in the wall, so I'd recommend an extra 1/4" clearance if you want to get the fridge in easy. We were attracted to having four doors instead of a pull out freezer, though looking back having a model with the in-door ice maker would be more convenient. Also warning for people under 5'5" tall, the top shelf does not move so you might have a problem reaching the back of the fridge. Would be 5/5 stars if Samsung didn't have supply issues with their front panels. It's an issue in summer 2023 for all Bespoke models. I'm sure if they keep the line it will smooth out. We're using lots of magnets on the front to cover the "Naked" steel until the panels arrive.

Been looking for a fridge for a while and finally settled for this one. Love how big and roomy it is, got it with the drink center which was a plus and the ice machine in the bottom is great having 2 different kinds. My fridge was delivered with damage on the door which was going to be replaced but had a hassle with delivery anyways so decided to say heck with it. Which worked out in the end because Samsung sent me an email later offering free panels which we got the emerald green oh do they look beautiful. Replacing the panels were a breeze because they sent 4 panels with a suction cup to replace. Now for some improvements that need to be made! Although wish it had some different designs because a few things bug me. One is the doors swing with no resistance so when you open the door and let go it will free swing and tap out at the edge of the hinge and could cause damage to the door or if you bend down with the upper section open it might swing back and cause you to hit your back or head on it. Other thing is the drawers are a bit of a pain because the doors do not open far enough to get the drawers out easily. Overall love it.

Excellent fridge. Works fantastic. Ice tray took a little getting used to since I’m used to a more traditional style of dispenser, but I honestly really like this set up. The flex zone is somewhat useless on the ice cream appropriate setting as everything just melted slowly, but otherwise it’s been great. The quick access beverage center is super keen and saves me tons of time for quick little things as I’m a single home owner and tend not to be grabbing for too many big things and the pitcher is terribly useful for when I want to take some water to the dining area and not have to make a lot of unnecessary trips to the kitchen. The glass panels are super easy to clean and the navy color hides smudges fairly well so they aren’t as intrusive between cleanings.

We've loved the fridge and the separate four panels, especially the bottom right "flex" panel that lets us use it as a freezer or fridge. The water pitcher in the door is great for taking to the patio or filling the dog bowl. We still aren't quite used to not having water/ice available without opening the door, but the refrigerator looks very nice. The refrigerator comes with two ice trays, one large cube and one "ice bites". We definitely prefer the smaller bites, but they are not soft, crunch ice like you get at Sonic, just smaller cubes that melt faster. At the 9 month mark we are having issues with the ice bites not filling the tray, I'll update after the service ticket to state whether or not it was an easy fix
