    Came damaged needed to exchange and wont get the new one for 3 weeks. Door covering to be shipped separately. The fridge itself is as advertised. Great

    Does NOT produce "Sonic" Ice

    I love the functionality and spaciousness of the fridge. Installing the panels was a bit tedious, so I don't anticipate changing them for a very long while. But if you're the person who needs to change our décor frequently, this will be for you. I removed one star because this fridge was promoted and reviewed elsewhere for producing "Sonic" ice. That was the ONLY reason I bought such a pricey refrigerator. I can tell you it is NOT Sonic ice. I think it is terrible that people were promoting the ice-making function as making Sonic ice. So if you are considering this fridge because this is the only refrigerator that claims to do that, you will be disappointed. It produces small ice cubes, but it is not the soft, chewable ice that it claims to be. If that was the reason you were considering this fridge, I suggest you purchase a less expensive fridge and buy the tabletop "Sonic" ice maker. I would rather have done that and saved a lot more money. But if the ice-maker is not why you are exploring this fridge, you will love it for everything else.

    It's nice and large, easy access to all the food. Unfortunately, we used it only 4 months, then it failed. Had to throw out all our food. Scheduling service now.

    Gorgeous, functional. Could not be happier with this fridge. It’s eye catching, and I also love the beverage station with the self-filling pitcher and dispenser. Capacity is bigger than any side by side or top/bottom I have owned. Everyone that comes over comments on how beautiful it is! Also got it on sale for less than I would have paid for a higher end stainless.

    Ordered panels on October 19, 2023. Received several texts to reschedule delivery in November. No delivery slots available - tried as recently as today (January 11, 2024). Requested help using chat. Got "Michael" who asked if I could wait 2-3 mins to look up my order. 20 mins later came back and said the phone number did not match. After 30 mins, came back and told me to call the Geek Squad after 24 hours. Absolutely unbelievable!!!

    Warranty of the Samsun Bespoke is worthless

    This fridge is great as long as it's working. Anything goes wrong and you are forced into a Samsung Care+ fiasco. It's near impossible to get service even with their best warranty offering. New samsung bespoke with care+. Failed at 4 months. To even SHOW UP it took Samsung techs TWO WEEKS. Then they didn't bother to even test it, said you need parts but they are back ordered. You lose. Their own tech said we were foolish to buy a Samsung fridge, even this top of the line model. Samsung is not setup for anywhere near decent service on anything but phones and tv's. Avoid. This.

    This simply is NOT bespoke because you CANNOT replace the panels! They are NOT available ANYWHERE! You are stuck with Sky Blue!
