Bought mine 5.21.21, today is 10.01.21 and l am receiving parts of it. Several delivery dates which were canceled. I have one delivery date for tomorrow. I can tell you that they are not coming. Will update you. Don’t buy this fridge you will thank me later.

We ordered charcoal gray panels and these are dark black which turned out better then we expected.

Do not use abrasive or harsh cleansers such as window sprays, scouring cleansers, flammable fluids, muriatic acid, cleaning waxes, concentrated detergents, bleaches, or cleansers containing petroleum products on exterior surfaces (doors and cabinet), plastic parts, door and interior liners, and gaskets. These can scratch or damage the material. See page 15 of the user's manual.
When closing the door, make sure the vertical hinged section is in the correct position to avoid scratching the other door. Glass containers may scratch the surface of glass shelves. See page 19 and 63 of the user's manual.
Do not lift up the shelf fully when removing or reinserting the shelf. The rear wall of the fridge room can be dented. See page 63 of the user's manual.
If the refrigerator cannot pass through the entrance due to its size, see Door removal for entrance. See page 24 of the user's manual.

The whole customization Bespoke concept falls flat if you can't even get panels for the refrigerator. Another example of poor Samsung product execution.
