Biggest one is when you send photos to the fridge it breaks the photo app. The drawers don't slide in like my older Samsung, you have to push more. The ice making doesn't retract a piece of the mechanism so you have to manually do it.

To address the app freezing issue, please follow the instructions in your user manual. Refer to page 90 under “The SmartThings app fails to operate”. For guidance on the AI Vision recognition feature, please follow the section on page 61.
