    We have not gotten it yet but we had the earlier model we got open box and it worked good but the freezer didnt work right so they are switching it out for us next month.. hopefully the next one has no problems

    So far it’s great! Especially like the ai inside for when I’m at the store and need to know if I have something already. It showed me what was in my fridge.

    Absolutely love this refrigerator! I had my eye on the original stainless steel one without the family hub. But being able to upload your own photos, as well as using Amazon and ring among other apps is amazing!

    Let me start with the refrigerator is really cool, we enjoy all the features that come with this brand. My biggest problem is that when we purchased it the advertisement shows several options for customized colored panels, which I really wanted, but that was not the case. All the colors have been discontinued we were never told that that was and issue. I'm not happy, I feel the advertising was misleading.

    Had to Google to set up home could be easier. TV stopped working after two days did tech support. Had to turn off and turned back on to reset working again so far.

    Great product, automatic door open is a nice feature though I wish it opened out further. On screen tablet makes cooking from recipes quick and easy!

    Big improvement on the original family hub. The family is loving their new fridge. Keeps us fully informed, the news, entertainment and security hub while we are in the kitchen.

    Samsung has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I received a defective refrigerator on August 20, and instead of standing behind their product, Samsung has spent over a month giving me the runaround. Since mid-December, I’ve been bounced between customer service reps, “repairs” that never fix the issue, and vague “next steps” that go nowhere. Their ‘callbacks’ and ‘next steps’ are just stall tactics—48-hour waits that magically fall on Fridays, followed by scripted calls that solve nothing. For over a month, I’ve been stuck in limbo. No proper repair, no replacement, and no accountability. Every interaction feels like a stall tactic rather than an attempt to resolve the problem; wasting my time and testing my patience. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a major appliance only to be treated like an inconvenience when it doesn’t work as advertised. Samsung’s customer service is disorganized, unresponsive, and completely indifferent to the time and stress they’ve caused. This experience has destroyed any trust I had in the brand. If you’re considering a Samsung appliance, be warned: once they have your money, getting real help is an uphill battle.

    Great fridge if it works. However, beware as our fridge gave out within 3-4 months and non-repairable. Working with Samsung warranty has been a NIGHTMARE. Purchased this on July 9th. Finally received my fridge on August 8th. Fridge decided to quit working slowly throughout the course of November. Initially, the freezer stopped cooling by mid November then the refrigerator gave out completely by 11/29/25. Called one repair company via the Samsung warranty. They took 1.5 weeks to arrive but ultimately could not fix the issue. Then ended up getting a second service company who showed up within 3 days (thanks to a cancellation and they also could not fix the fridge). It is 12/19/25 today and I have been without a working freezer for over a month and without a working fridge for ~3 weeks at this point. At this pace I'll be shocked if I have a replacement fridge by January. So much for Happy Holidays. Still no working fridge. Also, lets not forget the medications and food items in my fridge that went bad as well. STAY AWAY!!!! Not worth the cool tech features. Should have stuck with my GE
