Unit not cooling even once "display mode" is turned off. After almost 48 hours it should be 34⁰ and -5⁰ for freezer but they are both still room temperature.

However it would not fit through my doorway. I had to settle for a way smaller LG refrigerator which I reallly DO NOT LIKE. I love the water pitcher inside the door. But, twice, the drawer, despite being set to beverages, has caused the soda to freeze and explode all over. It is a nightmare to clean. Honestly, I’d return it and start over if I could.

This is a very large refrigerator so it is not good in small spaces or if you have a wall next to fridge.

Even the people at Best Buy didn’t know. Even tho I picked my color my fridge came with no panels. Raw steel front. Really stupid. It’s like buying a car with no doors.. what the heck! Best buy people were great tho, didn’t know about it. But they were very friendly and very helpful.

Samsung is great for their TV's and cell phones but don't ever buy any of their appliances. Poor workmanship and many MANY repairs are being made every day by the Geek Squad team. Stay away from the appliances.
