I love the fridge. I am not happy with the filtered water. I tried calling to have someone come to service it but they just said that we had to dump to gallons with water which we’d already done so I’ll be returning the fridge and trying it again

The refrigerator came broken! Sent it right back. Only good think was that the technician found the defect before leaving it!

This fridge is so beautiful i wanted to love it. But it doesnt cool under 40 degrees.

There's a lot to love about this refrigerator. It's definitely the best one I've ever owned. Some cons are making me rethink whether I'd buy it again. I love the size, it makes it easy to keep things organized. It has a very open design that allows you to figure out how to best configure it for your needs (I use a lot of extra bins I already owned but you probably wouldn't need them). Obviously the big plus is the beverage center - it is extremely convenient to never have to refill the pitcher! Love the option of filling a glass or having the pitcher ready to go. (Despite its small/sleek size the pitcher holds a lot of water.) The beverage drawer is also very convenient. The freezer is a decent size and we like the choice of mini-cubes vs large. A few things bug me about this fridge that make me question the high price. First, the ice drawer is a little strange - not sure why the separate cover on the scooper, it's kind of a pain to keep pushing things out of the way to get to the drawer underneath. Also, for this price I would expect a more fingerprint-resistant stainless steel; with 2 kids it always looks pretty gross and I'm constantly polishing it off. It does have the hidden door pulls to reduce touching the front, but it's still not practical to avoid touching the front. The final drawback which is making me question buying this is the design of the glass shelf. I had to clean a messy spill on the shelf which seeped in the edges under the glass. It was a hugh ordeal to even find out how to remove the glass - documentation all has a different style shelf so the phone rep had no clue and there was only a YouTube video from some random guy to explain it - once I figured out HOW to do it it was extremely difficult to actually do it and seems like it will be very easy to break. Finally did it and can't get it back in. Phone rep not helpful. I asked if I can have the version of the shelf that's in the documentation but no one can help. Very disappointing that this upscale a fridge isn't designed better. Not sure what to do as I can't go through this ordeal every time I need to clean the shelf. Basically this is an amazing fridge but for the price they could have put more thought into a lot of the design elements. For this price I'd expect less issues and better support.

Very happy with our new fridge... great size and fits a ton with easy access with doors open and extra fridge drawer and lower freezer. Also love the automatic water jug in the door!

Very happy with my new refrigerator. Never had hooked up an ice maker before. I got a plumber to hook me up. Fridge also has a water pitcher that automatically refills. Loving this feature! Also, there’s a folding shelf, to hold milk. Love that, too! I’m using the middle drawer for pop. It makes it easier for family & guests to get what they want to drink. Freezer holds more than I thought it would.

Simply love this fridge! From the water pitcher to the drawer to the white glass.
