The track that the door slides out on only has one little bitty screw in the front no screws in the back it goes inside the refrigerator wall when you open the door the weight of the shelf pushes on that and ripped my sidewall called Samsung. Customer service was horrible both the Samsung tech that came to the house said it was not fixable and needed replaced. Samsung refused to replace the refrigerator after one year said it’s not part of their problem. Horrible customer service told me I’m out of luck after paying $2400 for this fridge one year ago

With Samsung I would recommend getting extended warranty! My daughter has the same one and is having problems with the filter too! Wouldn’t recommend!
